We recently switch cleaning companies to EIDS. My favorite thing about working with EIDS is their communication. Huge shout out to Raji, Tez, and Devon for having excellent communication on all fronts. They will listen to your company's needs and will help design a contract to meet those needs, as well as bring new ideas on how to be more efficient with cleaning, supplies, storage space, and more. I really appreciate the QR code that our members/staff can utilize to report areas that need to be cleaned or issues for the upcoming evening when they come out to do their cleaning. The portal/app used is also a great communication tool that helps track any outstanding issues/projects that need to be completed! Would highly recommend!

The guys were both very nice and professional. They always do a great job. I feel very comfortable having them in my home. It rained that day and I was first on the list. They did the inside first and said they would come back later and finish the outside. I appreciated that they were careful about the weather because there was lighting and thunder. They came back later and finished the job. I am still admiring my windows. I will use them again and recommend this company to others.

The Shine crew did an excellent job and were very thorough in cleaning my interior and exterior windows. I liked that all the windows were all done by hand and not with a powerwasher. They rechecked their work and asked me if there was anything they missed.
They were professional, polite and good at communicating the price and job expectations.
