For two onsecutive years we have been very satisfied with the service that we have received from Blechta Exterior Cleaning Services. They have cleaned and sealed our underground parking garage floor, cleaned our three story trash chute, and cleaned the trash chute access doors. We will be considering them for our indoor and outdoor window cleaning.

We needed whole house windows washed at the last minute for the sale of our house. Blechta responded right away and kept in touch. Nate was on time, professional, and courteous, and the windows are sparkling like new. I highly recommend them to anyone. Very pleased!

We use Blechta each spring and fall for window cleaning, as well as windowsill washing and taking screens out for winter and replacing in the spring. Clark is always on time, and works hard the whole time. We appreciate how nice our windows look year-round.

Both times he was able to fit me in with very little notice and did such a perfect job, cleaning screens and windows, even difficult ones. He's also cleaned my patio and cedar steps. Mold on the window sills...gone, mold on the deck...gone, dirt on concrete...gone, completely clean outer house...priceless. Wow, Blechta did a phenomenal job on my house and it couldn’t look better! Clark was kind and wonderful to work with. He was meticulous and methodical as he worked around the house. I purchased window cleaning as well, and the windows are cleaner than they’ve ever been, and they truly have a buffed shine to them. There were many years of dark buildup on the siding and especially on the eves, which is now gone. I talked to Mike to add egress cleaning and washing those windows, too, and they came out beautifully. It’s a load off my mind to have had all this done for me and I can now focus on other priorities. The results were more than worth the cost, which was very affordable. This small company won’t disappoint you. Considerate, respectful, honest, and professional the whole way!

Wow! Just wow! We booked for a whole house wash. Windows, siding and gutters. The back of our house faces north so the overhangs don’t get a ton of sun. When I say the overhangs were gross, it’s an understatement. What should be ivory vinyl was grey with moss and mold. We bought the house about 9 months ago and I truly thought we were going to have to reside the entire home.
They are now bright and clean! Windows are spotless and gutters cleared. I was so shocked I was snapping pictures of the overhang and sending to my husband. In disbelief. I wish I had a before pic, but I have included the after. Worth every penny and is a true investment in your home for a small price. These guys are a class act.

Had a really great experience with The owner Mike from Blechta Exterior. Very professional and friendly. We are in new construction and didn’t have sod for about 8 months. This led to a build up of dirt and grim on our siding and windows. Mike made it look brand new again! Will definitely be using his services in the future. Can’t wait to try them out for their holiday lights as well!
