Loved working with Surface Solutions, they did a great job on cleaning my carpets and they were so easy and enjoyable to work with. I would definitly have them come again!

The two gentlemen were totally professional, explained what they would be doing and got to work. Wore coverings over their shoes and each time they went back to the truck they took them off and immediately put them back on when they reentered the house. This is our third time having Surface Surgeons come out and clean our carpets. We will call them again.

Top to bottom 5 stars !! When I called Tom was able to get me on their schedule for the very next day. Carpet came out amazing, they even brought extra fans to dry the carpet quicker !! We will definitely be using them again !!

Do not use this company. They were referred to me by Green Clean and my experience was terrible. They damaged furniture, walls, woodwork and did not return a majority of my electronic items. I ended up losing approximately $12,000 in electronic equipment and damages that Surface Surgeons refused to reimburse because I could not prove my items were in their possession.

This company is not trustworthy and will not reimburse you for loss and damage. If you use them watch them pack every box and take pictures of the contents of every box.

Fresh!! That’s what 24 year old carpet smells like after restoration cleaning! And many dogs had lived in our house over the years too. I was amazed! Best carpet cleaning ever. You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful crew came in and they were able to get rid of all the stains from my cats. Those stains had been there for over a year, and they were completely gone! It looked like no animals had ever lived in my apartment. I would highly recommend this company with their efficiency and their friendliness and their quality. Thanks again!!

Although slightly higher than the competitors. I truly feel like you pay for what you get. Greg and his team have phenomenal customer service. They take the time to listen to concerns and ensure I am happy with the work. I feel like for once my floors actually got cleaned and it wasn't some kid coming in to do a "job". Surface Surgeons is absolutely awesome! I had them come in and clean my carpets. I don't know why I didn't hire them earlier. Now it's going to be an annual thing! One of my friends recently had water damage to their entire basement. They used Surface Surgeons too and were beyond thrilled! Feels great to hire local people who do great work.

I have cleaned my own carpet for years but now i'm too handicapped to
do it anymore. The first time we had surface surgeons come out to clean our carpet we were very impressed by not only the excellent quality of the work done but also the time the technician (on of the owners) spent explaining how their service differs from what others offer. We have since had them back several more times and will be scheduling them again in January.

I used to use a different carpet cleaner. The last time they cleaned my carpet it was wet and smelly for days. This is the first time I've used Surface Surgeons.. They did an excellent job for me. They were courteous, professional and thorough..The arrived when they said they would, took time to explain what they would do, and were patient with me when I asked questions. My carpet was clean and dry within a couple of hours and no smell. As a member of the SCH Purchasing Cooperative I got a special price, much lower than what I had been paying. I'd recommend Surface Surgeons to anyone, especially senior cooperatives who are members of the SCH Purchasing Cooperative.

I highly recommend Surface Surgeons to clean carpets. At the time of cleaning, we paid for Green Guard, and had Surface Surgeons come back six months later to clean up a recent spill at no extra charge. We have used their service for several years and give them a high rating.

I hired Surface Surgeons to deep clean my townhouse carpets this past December, and I couldn't be more happy with the results. I had several pets that left stains on the carpets, and the Surface Surgeon team was able to not only remove the stains, but deep clean and decontaminate my carpets and refresh them back to their previous state! I would highly recommend their services - they were on-time, polite, worked quickly, and answered all of my questions about the process and any follow up questions I had.

Professional, timely, and tech savvy. Emailed estimate, appointment and reminders. The invoice was also emailed with an option to pay online. Thorough exterior wash and window cleaning. Very satisfied.

They were able to remove dark stains off of my gutters along with some mossy tree debris, making my house look new again. Their window cleaning is also stellar, and they are very patient working around small children and a dog!

Excellent job at getting rid of the dog's "nose art"! We also had a lot of grime built up (older home) and sticker residue. It is unbelievable how much of a difference it made! Friendly, didn't mind the curious doggo, and great pricing! We will definitely use again!
