Would not recommend for any services related to flood/fire. We had flood damage in our home and this company was recommended. From the start their handling of our personal belongings was very poor. We had damaged property in the move out of our home and we had damaged appliances that they took possession of to clean and store. Upon notification that I had a refrigerator damaged and replacement/repair costs didn't make sense based on current sale price for new, they went silent. I had pictures showing no damage prior and all of the damage upon return. I even had other contractor testimony of their poor handling. I ended up having to purchase replacement part for dishwasher and purchased a new refrigerator, and no reimbursement from them. They have refused to respond and haven't even sent final invoice for insurance claim.
