I hired Suite Cleaning Services to do a deep clean. They were punctual, polite, professional, and very thorough. I couldn’t believe how clean the house felt. Giving them a 2 out of 5 star. 2 stars for their communication, I would give them 3 but a same day termination is very unprofessional. After using them for our Airbnb for a few months, it seems that they did not meet our expectations. There were several occassions that their cleaning crew came in later then the exptected arrival time. There was an occassion where they didn't setup a clean until a few days later after our guests left. There were serval times where their cleaning crew didn't clean well and we only found out by stopping by the property. We ended up having to do some vaccum and cleaning. There were times where their cleaning crew left our cleaning supply storage lock, unlocked. There were times where their cleaning crew left washed towels in the washer and dryer after they had completed clean. We found out by visiting the home and restocking the home. After we had questioned them about their expected time on arrival to clean, which was from 10 am to 11 am, they said that their team was not able to accoundate that time frame. It's a good thing we don't have back to back bookings, I don't think they would of been able to handle this. I'm not sure how they do their scheduling, it seems to not be the same time as it's stated in the emails. When we asked they said they clean other properties first based on booking. I was confused as to why there is a estimated time frame of arrival between 10 to 11 am then? I was given an email in advance with the scheduled time slot 1 day prior to their cleaning. Then they just said they would like to withdraw their services from us. A same day termination, we didn't expect this and it was very unprofessional.
