Wow! These folks did a phenomenal job at a good price. They were very professional and notified me of every action they took in my vacant house - each day - and didn’t skimp on anything or any equipment that would resolve the mold issue. Every person from ServPro was great, and took lots of time to explain the situation to me. Thanks, especially, to Victor.

We recently had water damage in our house and Servpro was there to respond. I had the opportunity to work with Victor Easter the Operations Manager, not only was it a pleasure working with him but the team be brought was just as great.

As a homeowner it is scary and you need to act quick. I made a call at 4:45PM and Servpro was there at 9:15AM the next morning. They maintained communication which is huge for everyone, customer service is top notch and the work they did while educating me and answering my questions make me want to refer their service to anyone in the same predicament.

This service came with Professionalism, reliability and world class customer service. Everyone wants to be kept in the known and they has always made me a priority.

Serv Pro was the first critical step in getting my apartment back in order after my washing machine overflowed, warping my hardwood floors. Victor, Alec, Brittney and the rest of the team removed my damaged flooring with minimal disruption and got the sub floors dried out so that I could get the new hardwood floors installed. Each day they were punctual and polite, always offering expert advice on what they believe the next step in the process should be. They are professionals and they were a big help in getting my apartment back on the road to normalcy. Thanks guys!

Had a burst pipe, flooded kitchen and finished basement. They were on site in an hour to start the drying process. They were super clean when tearing out the carpet and damaged drywall. Very responsive when communicating next steps. Would not hesitate to use them again but fingers crossed that need doest not arise.

These guys were fantastic. We got hit with a hurricane in Florida and they traveled down here to help. Prevented mold and mildew from getting established after my bottom floor got flooded. Worked with me every step of the way, from starting, pricing, demolition, to wrapping things up. Would recommend them to anyone!

We are grateful for the assistance we received from ServPro, especially Jesse and Victor. Jesse was here the most from the ServPro team and provided great information to us about how the project was coming along. He spent a lot of time working on setting up the room and making it safe and secure as well as getting rid of moisture that had accumulated and water damage.

Cannot say enough good things about working with ServPro NE! I worked with Gustavo and his team on repairs relating to water damage in my kitchen from a storm. Gustavo was incredibly professional, effective, easy to work with, and diligent throughout the process. He helped me manage a difficult insurance adjuster and ensured things happened in a proper and compliant manner. Gustavo went out of his way to make sure the job was done right, taking care of everything from scoping the damage at the beginning to cleaning up our kitchen at the end of the work.

While I hope to not need ServPro's services again, if anything happens Gustavo will be my first call!

From the first emergency phone call to their next day response, ServPro delivered. We suffered a freeze related plumbing issue which required major demo on a 100 year old Fraternity house. The supervisor, Dominic led the charge he communicated thoroughly and often. He made sure we knew what was going on at all times and how it was related to a claim. The on site team was patient, diligent and thorough, assuring we would not have long lasting or hidden issues with mold or deterioration in the future. It took a long time, but it was worth it. We are ready and excited for rebuild.

Derrick and John showed up at our home to facilitate a not do pleasant cleaning job in a less than desirable space. The men were beyond pleasant, they did a wonderful job containing the cleanup and did wonderful job with the cleanup. It was an extremely pleasant experience with Serv Pro Northeast Minneapolis. I was amazed to see how much these men truly enjoyed their job. Highly recommend these men and this location of Serv Pro.

Gustavo was amazing to work with. I had water damage from an ice dam and Gustavo moved mountains working with State Farm related to my insurance claim with State Farm. There was great communication the entire time and Seth and team did a great job on the mitigation. I would highly recommend!

Lucas and the crew have been amazing helping out with our large water loss at our commercial property. They’re always knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a really good experience with Seth on-site. He did a great job of explaining and completing the job effectively. Some communication was lacking with the project lead, though I appreciate their willingness to communicate directly with the insurance company and handle all of that.
