Gustavo, Lucas, and all the ServPro staff who worked on our house this last week are stellar. They listened carefully to our concerns and made sure we understood the process of moving forward. The free quote was great compared to other mold remediation companies, and the price for the completed work was reasonable. They definitely didn’t nickel-and-dime us. One bummer: they test for asbestos and can’t proceed with the work in any areas that test positive (we didn’t realize this beforehand). Gustavo, Lucas, & co were super friendly to all the people and dogs in our (crowded) house. If we have any future mold issues (no thanks), we won’t hesitate to go with ServPro again.

Alec the GM and his team provided exceptional services fast and professionally to our family at a very difficult time. It was a situation where there were unsafe living conditions due to rodents and squirrel droppings in the living space of our elderly parent's caregivers. They not only responded immediately but they also provided their services within a day the week of Thanksgiving. They were kind and respectful as well as sensitive to the family's situation. The work extremely hard and that cleanup prevented possibly the caregivers leaving which would have been a terrible problem for us all. they were also sensitive about cost and working within the budget we had available. I could not recommend their services any higher. Thank you!
