We have used Gopher Heating & Air Conditioning since we bought our home almost seven years ago. Very professional and will continue to use them as they provide quality service and awesome customer service. I would recommend them to anyone in need of AC or furnace work. Every time we get the same technician and he is absolutely personable and very reliable. Helps that he knows his stuff as well.

We've been customers of Gopher Heating for over 10 years. As long as we need HVAC services, we'll be doing business with Gopher Heating. They've helped us with everything from repairs to maintenance to installations and duct cleaning. They always do good work at a fair price. But even more important is they are responsive and ready to help whenever we have questions or problems. (Even after normal business hours.) There's a commercial on the radio that says "Now you have a friend in the diamond business." Well, working with Dennis and Barry and the team at Gopher Heating means we have friends in the heating and AC business. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

I've used Gopher Heating for two major projects at our home now and family members have used them for a remodel. They're prompt, reasonably priced, easy to work with and very direct and honest about work that needs to be done. I've worked with Dennis primarily and he's got our business going forward as well as being my first recommendation to friends. I'd highly recommend contacting them for your next heating/AC project, repair, or maintenance.

Truely excellent service, transparency, pricing and workmanship. I recently had a humidifier and thermostat fitted to my Lennox HVAC system, gopher was recommended by Lennox and they where not wrong. Every question I had was answered and every bit of work was done to an excellent standard. Everything you would expect from a local company with personable people that take pride in what they do. Gopher installed a new furnace for us in June of 2010 and have been to our house for warranty work and repair (clean your coils, folks, that one was on me) over the years.

The folks at Gopher are responsive, friendly and great communicators. When they leave they make sure you are satisfied and have all your questions answered. Is a pleasure doing business with them and I recommend them to everyone.

These guys ROCK! My AC stopped last night and others (service+) said it would take at least 2 days to get a tech out. Calling Gopher was the best call I made. They came out immediately and got my AC unit back up in running in a few minutes at a super competitive price. We are very grateful and will be using them for our needs in the future.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. This entire crew is absolutely wonderful!! Patty, Dennis, Barry, Josh, Matt, Ryan, and Sam were all absolutely phenomenal. Barry has been servicing my furnace for a few years and is extremely knowledgeable. Has always taken the time to walk me through everything and I've always felt that he treats my home as of it were his own.

When my AC broke down last week with 95+ weather, I also got the news that it wasn't salvageable. I previously was planning on upgrading the furnace later this year, it was just moved up the timeline given my AC. I did what any homeowner does and consulted and got proposals from 4 companies for a complete new HVAC system (AC + Furnace). I went with Gopher. Why? Because they were the only ones who provided me with this level of customer service. Their products (Lennox) are top tier. They made themselves available, Dennis went above and beyond to help get us through the severe heat. They took the time to explain everything to me in a crash course style, in laymen terms so I could make the best decision based on my needs. They are simply exceptional at what they do. Professional, dedicated, quality, honest crew. I'm a lifer with them and know I'll be taken care of in their hands.

I've done business with Gopher Heating and Air Conditioning for two separate home projects. I could not be more satisfied with the Professionalism and Quality of their work. Add to that, the ease of working with them to plan, schedule, purchase and get the mechanicals installed and you have a top-notch business with fantastic, Customer centric service. I made a switch from another larger HVAC business/provider in the same area who I used for roughly 18 years and the experience is not even close. My only regret is I had not called Gopher all those years ago!

Dennis and Barry were fantastic to work with! We had the "other guys" out for a tune up and we were told "big leak somewhere" and "we'll have someone out tomorrow to set you up with a new unit." Our unit is only 8 years old so I knew something sounded off. I called Gopher and they came over a few days later. Barry was extremely professional! He made my stay at home wife and kids feel very comfortable. He explained everything clearly and switched up our two stage furnace to be utilized correctly with our one stage thermostat. He was efficient and got the AC tuned up correctly for a very competitive price. We will be using Gopher for all of our H/AC needs from now on! Thank you for the great customer service!

I called Gopher Heating & Air after my furnace was red tagged by another local company for a crack in the heat exchanger. Gopher was able to honor a warranty core component replacement that other Lennox dealers were not aware of and had no ability to honor. I was impressed by this company from the very first phone call. They handled all the paperwork and replaced my furnace in 1 week after initial call. Installation was prompt and very clean. They even filed the warranty registration on my behalf which is very much appreciated. Thanks for the excellent service.

Very pleased with Gopher heating and air! They were able to send a repair man out in a reasonable amount of time. They gave me an appointment time and the technician showed up early! James was knowledgeable , professional and kind!
Initially I had called a different company to look at the AC. The other company gave me an 11 hour window and then never showed up!

Amazing service! After using, with mixed results some of the larger advertising heating companies, I was referred to Gopher Heating. We were so pleased with the ease of scheduling and the prompt service. Barry helped us and couldn't ask for a nicer more knowledgeable technician.

Barry is personable, gives great tips, and is clearly an expert in the field. Barry fixed our furnace problem quickly in the winter, and in the summer he tuned-up our air conditioner. They both work better than ever. Their price is good, and the service is excellent and honest. Thanks so much!

Furnace service was within 3 hours of calling them. Barry quickly fixed the problem and took the time to explain it all to us. He was very polite, knowledgeable, & friendly. We plan to do future business with Gopher Heating & Cooling.

These guys are the real deal, and super honest. I have had 5-7 different companies come out to my house. I even pay for Service Plus with Center point energy, every single one of those companies came out and told me I needed a new furnace because it was too small for my home. I called gopher heating as my last shot since I live in Savage, Barry came out to my house and actually found out what was wrong. He was in my house for maybe 1 hour! Afterwards he told me what he fixed and how he fixed it, the next weekend the weather got to -27° for about 3 days it felt like. My Furnace was able to keep up and never slow down for the whole weekend, after 3 years my house finally feels like home. Thank you Gopher Heating and Air! This Company really saved me 5,000$, maybe more.

Great service overall from initial reach out all the way through installation. They were professional, on time, and cost was good. Everything was communicated clearly and the installers did a great job with the furnace installation. Highly recommend and will use in the future.

A friend recommended Gopher Heating & Air after I had terrible experience with another company. From the gal that I talked with in the office to the gentleman (Barry) that stopped out the very next morning to fix my AC, it was a great experience. I was in a pinch when my air conditioner stopped working Sunday afternoon. I called Gopher Heating and Air Monday morning at 7:40am (talked to a very nice woman) and had Barry (technician) at my house by 8:00am. (I was just hoping in the next few days as it is heating up again) Very nice man, knowledgeable, and everything was explained prior to any work being done. Seemed like a fair deal and I had everything up and running again before 9:00am. As someone with kids keeping the house cool this time of year is huge. Very happy and will definitely use them again! :D

After having a not-so-great experience with another local HVAC company, I called Gopher. They showed up the very next day, quickly fixed my issue with my A/C and even fixed an unrelated error message on my thermostat. Price was great too. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with James, from Gopher Heating at his annual service visit. He spent time cleaning the furnaces, which I don’t recall previous technicians doing. He meticulously checked all the pilots, thermostats, boilers and pumps and carefully explained how to regulate them as needed. James was patient, punctual and professional in every way. I have no hesitation recommending James to my friends and neighbors.
