Our experience was efficient and thorough.
WE were quoted on a new Furnace and Air Conditioner on a Thursday, confirmed our purchase on Monday and it was installed on a Thursday. One week from start to finish. The owner and his technicians were easy to work with and to have in our home. Thank You Genesis Heating and Air. Highly recommend!

Great service, on time and clean. Will use this company again in the future. Just be careful the techs who come out are so handsome and funny, make sure to buy your wife some flowers on install day.

Genesis Heating and AC were wonderful to work with from the time I called w/ concerns to the time they completed my tune up. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and shared recommendations w/ me on how to keep my very old furnace working as long as possible. Will be using them again in the future!

Chris was on time with a courtesy call before his arrival. He is very friendly and was willing to explain in depth exactly how my heating system works. He checked the heating system thoroughly and fortunately found no electrical problem but a water drain that was partially clogged that prevented the furnace from full operation. He suggested regular checkups on this high efficiency furnace – at least every two years. He encouraged me to call back if I encounter a problem in the future. Very pleased with Chris and the Genesis company.

Chris was great. He fixed the furnace and showed me a few things on the thermostat which will increase the efficiency of our furnace and heat the house more evenly. I will call them in the spring to tune up our A/C. Small company but awesome service!!!!!

The Tech Chris was very easy to work with and they got us scheduled in a short timely period. He explained everything as good as he could. Very thorough with the troubleshooting. Found the problem right away and suggested a condenser cleaning along with fixing the leak. He also adjusted the fan speed to help the system run more efficiently. I would highly recommend this company for furnace maintenance and repair. We are noticing the a/c runs alot less since the service call. A big Thank you to the team @ Genesis Heating👍

Furnace went out when it was 20 below zero. This furnace was not purchased at Genesis, but they responded very quickly and we're extremely knowledgeable. Steve was kind and respectful. I will purchase my next furnace from Genesis. They exceeded my expectations

Chris did a fine job explaining, checking, and cleaning the furnace, and checking the air exchange system, water heater, and water softener. He was very kind and courteous. When he was finished, he repeatedly asked if there was anything else he could do. We've used Genesis for years. We don't go anywhere else. Mike Lutz is an awesome owner.

A few weeks later we had our Air Exchanger replaced after 31 years. Tyler and Chris did a great job. They warned us of loud noises coming from drills... They were quiet and courteous, answered all questions, and cleaned up nicely. Now, all our utilities are from Genesis.

Genesis has always been a reliable company for us. Their team is polite, responsive, and knowledgeable, always taking the time to answer our questions and offer good advice. Most importantly, their work is excellent, and their prices are fair. They handle our annual maintenance and have completed both an AC replacement and a furnace replacement for us—each job done professionally. I’m happy to recommend them!

Service and communication were all excellent. They showed up on time for both the quote and service appointments. Price seemed fair. All 3 service and sales people I met were professionals. Also, their text messaging system was efficient but not intrusive which I appreciate. Would absolutely use Genesis in the future.

Late Sunday night my Gas furnace went out. I left an email with Genesis Heating and AC at 7:00am Monday. They called me before 8am and had Tech at my house by 9:15. I asked him to see if it could be fixed, and to also give me a quote to replace the furnace. They found the problem and went through and checked and cleaned the entire furnace. They are prompt, honest, and don’t try to up sale you. I found these guys using ChatGPC, which rated them as #1 in Fairness, Cost and Quality. I truly wish all companies were this customer focused. OUTSTANDING Customer Service! If I need future work, they will be doing it.

I always try to support local businesses and I truly found a gem! Our AC was failing for about a year and then during the heat of this summer, our furnace blower motor fried. Genesis technicians came out and confirmed our biggest fear, after 20+ years of a known furnace that had a major recall (which I verified), we were in the market for an entirely new HVAC system.

They were gracious enough to install a temporary blower fan while knowingly getting multiple bids for the scope of work. We received multiple bids from independent contractors, smaller companies and even from very large-name companies (you see the commercials) in the Twin Cities. In the end, I would choose Genesis above anyone else!

Aside from the competitive bid we received, their customer service, support and ability to share product knowledge is superior. From start to finish, I felt that they understood our needs, didn't oversell products and gained my confidence to select them.

When they arrived, they were courteous, professional and treated our home with respect. Throughout the course of the day, they checked in with me about various decisions, such as placement of our bigger AC condenser unit. I had a dying shrub that they even removed and hauled away so I could have the unit placed in my preferred position.

After completing the install, they walked me through every aspect of the operation, and I even gained functionality with this new system to control our whole house humidifier through the thermostat (Ecobee Pro).

The installation is so clean and looks amazing. We went with the Carrier Performance series. Both the furnace blower motor and outside unit are SIGNIFICANTLY quieter than our previous HVAC system.

If you are in the market for HVAC services, I HIGHLY recommend Genesis, without hesitation! The whole team is superb.
