WOW have NEVER been treated so rudely on the phone! Received a lecture about the the unimportance of fixing my issues in my barn/garage...the electrician went on a RANT belittling my issues and recommending i put ac in my horse barn...What an UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE employee. Called another company, was treated with utmost professional courtesy!

Called Dan highly recommended from a friend, had a emergency with no power he came out immediately, troubleshot the situation showed me what's wrong and how they were going to fix it, and thay fixed several other smaller issues while here. Very knowledgeable would highly recommend. Great pricing.

Requested a quote via email with attachment of property inspection report of all the electrical items I wanted corrected and received a response back and when Jen was available in a timely manner. Work was completed and invoice left on table of what was done. Reasonably priced! Recommend and will hire again if the need arises!!

My first red flag should have been the utter disrespect on new years eve when the owner of the company blamed ME for having an issue with a temporary fix to a HUGE problem (power to our well/pressure tank after a barn fire severed our power supply). Took two weeks to get the company to come back out to begin the work to restore power, i lived for 8 days with their generator running power to our well/pressure tank with animals and a new born infant at home. When they finally came out to complete the service, Dan, the company owner and one other tech, asked for permission to enter our home to access the electrical panel in the basement. I agreed. He decided this invitation also allowed him to eat his lunch on my couch in my living room without so much as taking his boots off. It gets better! we had a cleaning and restoration company in our home cleaning due to smoke damage, and Dan began trying to engage the cleaners in conversation regarding what idiots we were and how reckless and careless and at fault we were for everything that happened. My fiance was in the other room (unknown by him) and when confronted about such heinous remarks, he had the audacity to back her into a corner and make her feel horribly uncomfortable and down right scared. Never have we EVER had this sort of experience with a company in our lives. I would never EVER recommend this company to anyone.

I've used Scandia for numerous projects and they are fantastic! The projects ranged from new undercabinet lighting in my kitchen to installation of fixtures and new outlets. On-time, honest, and very knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend them for any lighting project, big or small!

I have had two major electrical problems/issues in my home. Each time I hired Dan of Scandia Electric. They were professional, great price, fair, and get the job done quickly. I was apprised each time of the progress made, what the job entailed and if anything unusual was found. They acquired the necessary permits which is very important. Once a job is finished it requires inspection by the State. On both occasions the State Inspector informed me that the job was "Well Done". Scandia Electric has a great reputation!
