We initially contracted with them for some work on our rental property, subsequently for an install of an in-floor heat system and mini-splits on an outbuilding/garage we constructed at our home. They were pro-active in coordinating work with the other contractors we hired for the project, offered several suggestions to us about how to navigate heating & cooling ideas we had for the building, and worked with us on the timing of their various installs to best suit our needs.
