We had an electrical outage in our living room that required immediate repair due to the upcoming sale of the home. We had called two other electricians who came to the home, started trouble shooting, and then said that they would need to schedule out due to not being able to find an immediate solution. Both of these companies had said they would come with a fully stocked truck and work on the issue that day - neither did. After that experience, we were so thankful to have Twin Cities Electric, LLC solve our problem. Pete was communicative about his timeline. He arrived when he said he would, found the problem after troubleshooting, and made the repairs on the same day. His transparency, professionalism, and expertise is unmatched. We'd highly recommend his services. He understood our special circumstances and worked with us to meet our needs. He was also responsive after the repair and provided the repair paperwork that we required.

We called Pete about a large electrical issue we had at our house. He was able to have a crew out the next day to check it out and they completed the 8 hour job the day after. He did a great job and I’ll continue to use him for any electrical services I need going forward!

We had two outlets installed in our closet. Pete was great to work with throughout the process. He was responsive and professional. He was also very clean and left the house as he found it as he vacuumed any drywall on the floor from installation. He also worked with the city to schedule final inspection. Easy experience with Pete!

Pete communicated very clearly and frequently. Scheduling through Google Maps is a little odd but once I figured it out, everything went smoothly.

The service I had done was a ceiling electrical box needed to be upgraded from an old fiberglass to a ceiling fan rated box. I also had the fan installed to ensure everything worked correctly.

Pete did an excellent job. Very professional and personable. Excellent quality work. I think the prices were fair for the quality of workmanship, professionalism, and level of service being received. His communication from start to finish was great. Something not usually found in service industry, but greatly desired.

I also appreciated his suggestions on other improvements, related to the project we were doing, such as upgraded light switches for the fixture/fan.

I would definitely hire Pete again for my future electrical needs.

We needed some electrical work done on our home and Pete and his apprentice were able to come out the next week. They spent all day at our house fixing and replacing many areas that needed updating and work. We plan to have them back to continue the process and also replace some light fixtures. He was responsive and polite, worked with me on price, fit me into his schedule quickly, and did a great job replacing a bunch of light fixtures in my house including some tough to reach ones in our high ceiling areas. Peter responded by answering his phone and showed up within 2 hours on a very cold day. He researched what parts were needed and had them installed within 30 minutes after having to go pick them up. Excellent customer service and great knowledge of what was required to get job done.

Pete Cicconi did an excellent job putting in a dedicated line for our new toaster oven in the kitchen. He was on time, gave us a fair estimate and said he could do the job that same day if I was okay with it! The work he and his assistant did was clean and looked great. The inspector who came in the following week to okay the finished project said it was an excellent job . I will continue to use TC Electric for any of our future electrical jobs.

They installed a ceiling fan in our primary bedroom. Up front pricing. Quick and efficient work. Cleaned up after service. Very friendly. Would recommend to friends. Very happy with the job we hired them to perform.

Peter did extensive work on a home we just purchased. He assessed the problem, provided a few solutions at different price points, patiently explained the ramifications of each and then worked efficiently to get the work done. He cleaned up his messes and went the extra mile to clean parts of the home around his work space that he wasn’t responsible for.

He is a family man with admirable ethics who is building his own small business. I would gladly send more business his way when I have the opportunity.

Our experience with Pete at Twin Cities Electric was excellent, and we could not recommend him highly enough!
We needed a full panel upgrade, and also added lighting and a ceiling fan in our living room. Pete was thorough during his initial overview of our home and listened carefully to what we were looking for. He even made suggestions that not only improved our lighting in the end, but also were more cost effective than what we originally asked for.
While Pete was in our home, he was always on time, careful, and professional. During the work, he found wiring a previous owner had installed that made our house less safe. He brought it to our attention and cleared his schedule so that it could be fixed right away. He also cleaned up after himself during the days when he was here, and it looked even better than when he got here. He works so hard, and does an excellent job. I would not trust anyone else to perform electrical work in my home - thank you Pete!

March 2024 - Coming back about a year later to say that we were so impressed with the work Pete did that we had him back to add more lighting and additional ceiling fans in the bedrooms of our home. Again, Pete was responsive, on time, thorough, and extremely clean while working. He provided an estimate and stuck to the price, which I appreciated. Of course, his quality of work is second to none as usual. We continue to recommend Pete to friends and family looking for an electrician, and appreciate the upgrades made to our home! We would like to recommend Peter at Twin Cities Electric. We had a small job to find and fix a GFCI issue. He quickly responded to our request and came out that day. When I first called Peter at Twin Cities Electric, I was prepared for a lengthy wait before someone could come out to restore power in my garage. I was surprised to have him out within hours. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and resolve a mess of long-ago electrical wires, boxes, and previous perhaps DIY projects. In less than two hours, full power was back on and I was able to use my garage doors and overhead lights again.

The experience with Pete at Twin Cities Electric, LCC was second to none. We got a few quotes from electricians to come in and handle the installation of an outlet in our newly purchased home to meet city code, but Pete came with a glowing recommendation along with a great personality. He was able to give us a fairly accurate quote sight unseen, then stopped by in the morning to do a site visit to nail down more accurately what the price would be. From there, he was actually able to come back later in the same day to complete the work.

The most impressive part is he was able to match up the outlet with where it made sense, which was in the tiled area, versus where it was easy, in a dry wall only spot. This makes it a much more usable outlet in addition to fitting in the more retro vibe of the bathroom (50's Richfield house!). Picture of the work included, as its top notch.
