The buzzing in the outlet had me fearing the worst. Peter took my call, and found a way to fit me in, the same day. I got a text when he was on the way, and an estimate to include parts and labor. The buzzing is now silenced, and as a bonus he checked what appeared to be 3 faulty outlets. Everything is working perfectly, he honored the estimate and I am thrilled to say I now have an electrician I trust and feel great referring to others. If I could give them more than 6 stars, I absolutely would!

We were very happy with the service we received from Pete and Layton. They helped us troubleshoot some abnormal wiring, install challenging fixtures above a staircase and added new wall sconces to a bathroom. I was impressed by their professionalism and enthusiasm. They really take pride in their work and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. We will absolutely be using them again in the future.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I'm giving this one a shout-out. Pete is fantastic and knowledgeable. Turn-around time was fast. He inspected the breaker panel on my townhouse and provided same day quotes. Pete and his apprentice installed, tested the new panel, labeled all the switches and made sure the area was clean. I highly recommend this wonderful, small business!

We had Twin Cities Electric come out and give us a “piece of mind” electrical inspection. Peter was thorough and transparent with his findings. Not pushy for future services. It’s great to know someone we can trust and call for future electrical needs.

Twin Cities Electric did a fantastic job finishing the electrical work for our basement remodel. The pics uploaded is before we’ve completely finished the basement and I will update with new pics after it’s completed.

We purchased the home with unsafe electrical work done by the previous owner (I.e.: installing a sub panel in the bathroom, electrical wiring not fastened to studs and draped along the drywall, and the list goes on). I flipped all the breakers off so no one would get hurt by any loose wires.

Pete came by and performed a thorough inspection prior to giving me an estimate. We hired Pete because he was the most knowledgeable electrician and we support local small businesses.

Pete provided clear, courteous information throughout the entire project. His team’s work is of top notch quality. The electrical inspector for the rough-in told me, “I saw [Twin Cities Electrical] as the electrical contractor on the permit and I’ve seen their work before and it’s high quality.” Hearing that from the electrical inspector gave us reassurance me made a sound investment in hiring Twin Cities Electric.

A quick rundown of the electrical work we had done: ran cable from main panel to sub panel in the mechanical room, lighting for basement living room, bedroom, wet bar/kitchenette, and bathroom. Receptacles in each room and additional outlets for a refrigerator, deep freezer and microwave. Lastly, hard-wired our electric fireplace.

Twin Cities Electric and the guy Peter who operates the company is an excellent choice for a chosen electrician!!!

We used them for projects at our company and they have been great to work with. Great pricing, professional, high quality work, and have quick turnaround times.

Their truck went from the middle lane all the way to the exit for University Avenue on 694, while cutting my wife and I off. We were in the right lane. If they’re willing to put our lives in danger on the road, just imagine what shortcuts they’ll take with your home or business.

👎The driver of the truck is extremely careless!!! Says a lot about them and their attitude towards others. And looks like I’m not the first to get a fright out of their driver, and I recently has a heart attack, not good for me to get a jolt like that for no reason other than their selfishness! 👎
