So easy to order on line with very fast and efficient delivery this will become an annual event. I placed my order around 8 am - left to run a few errands - called Bob to make sure my order was OK and he told me it was already in my driveway exactly where I requested.

Used Bob over the course of 15 years. Was reliable and reasonable in pricing. I always paid promptly and was a loyal customer. That all changed this year. Bob did the landscaping on the front of my new property and had also quoted the back which was supposed to start June 1. On May 20th, Bob sent his crew to take final measurements. The following day he emailed me to tell me the labor shortage was causing him to have to shut down for the year. This was a shock as he had confirmed multiple times he was starting on June 1. How could the labor shortage occurs overnight? How come I have seen his crew continue to do landscape projects? I will tell you. He made a mistake bidding the job and realized it when his crew came out. Instead of being honest with me, he made up an excuse. I expected at least a phone call after 15 years of business and referrals. At this late I could only find one landscaper that could do the project in July as everyone was booked out to late August /early September. That landscaper did a phenomenal job and they have earned a customer for life. Neil’s Outdoor Services is the landscaper I used and in a time where I can rarely get excellent service for anything, I was blown away by how meticulous they were and how much Joe was on top of everything. I wish Bob the best but he handled this poorly. After all the business I have given him, I deserved a phone call. If he would have leveled with me, I would have worked with him.

I'm building a boulder wall in my backyard and I was short about 30 boulders. I called Bob and he offered by far the most reasonable prices. Also, he delivered the boulders next day with only one day notice!

Bob is the man and I would recommend working with him any day of the week!

I haven't had a lot of landscape materials delivered over the years but called for delivery of 2 yards river rock on Tuesday and they were friendly and able to deliver the same week and the delivery driver was nice and professional . Prices were good and would definitely order from again.

I placed an order online for 4 cubic yards of mulch at 7pm on a Monday night. The delivery was so fast (2:30 on Tuesday), that I hadn't even marked where I wanted it unloaded. They picked a good spot, and I couldn't be more impressed.

Very high quality mulch and topsoil. They have an easy order site and always show up quickly and drop the product where you want it. The transport costs are fair. I recommend their products to all my neighbors.

Used online feature on weekend. Received Next day! Sand was beautiful. We have ordered wood chips from them for 3 years and now we have a fantastic sand experience as well. Plus their staff is very responsive and eager to assist you with your project.

We recently ordered a truckload of mulch. After a phone call, we placed the order online to receive with the online discount. They could use an e-commerce upgrade but everything else was great and the truckload was delivered same day. We knew we were going to need more than one truckload and they gave a discount on the delivery fee for the second. Again, we ordered in the morning and it was delivered around noon!
