Constraction reviews in Shoreview, Minnesota

I would highly recommend Topline Construction Firm for any roofing and siding projects. They did a great job on some siding repair on a project we worked on.
Thanks,
Kristen

Very professional and knowledgeable! An excellent experience!

Topline installed a new roof on our home after after a large storm with damaging winds and hail. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. They did a very thorough job cleaning up the property after completing the new roof.

Kristen is so friendly, knowledgeable and honest. You can tell she really cares about her customers! I would definitely trust her to always get the job done right.

We had a great experience with Kristen at Topline. She communicated clearly and promptly and was happy to answer questions at any time. Not common in the trades! Excellent service, highly recommended.

Kristen and her team were thorough, professional, and friendly. They cared not only about finishing the job in a timely manner, but also about doing it right and safely. They installed gutters on my home and I will use their service again!

Great to work with . Professional team and would definitely recommend them.

We recently called Topline for storm damage inspection. I was impressed at how quickly they arrived to check out my property (within 10 minutes of my call!). Unlike other roofing contractors we've spoken to, they took the time to walk me through the logistics and provided open and honest responses to my questions. They went above and beyond with educating me about the process. I like that this company is local, and I will strongly consider using them for any future roofing projects.

Topline Replaced an old skylight at a property of mine. They did an excellent job of giving me all of the options to replace it with the different pricing. They never pressured me to get the more expensive ones, but did a thorough job explaining the benefits of each one and letting me decide. They had great communication throughout the ordering and installation process, and always showed up promptly and when they said they would. Job was done to satisfaction.

I also should mentioned that this was all done remotely for myself as I wasn't in state while the repair/replacement needed to be done. Kristen and her team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and as previously stated communicate to make sure I was aware of everything and the job was done to my satisfaction. Will definitely work with them again.

Kristen holds 100% true to her Mission Statement. She is extremely knowledgeable in the industry, is very involved in working with mortgage and insurance companies and does not hesitate to offer/share advice to ensure the entire process runs as smooth as possible. I am very thankful I was referred to her and Topline and would not hesitate to recommend or return to her for additional projects. Well done Kristen!!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Topline. Kristine was extremely knowledgeable- an expert in the business. Moreso, she answered all our questions and provided the services we needed. We had the utmost confidence that Kristine was working on our behalf...not on what was in the best interest for the business (as we've experienced elsewhere). For needing a new roof (a situation no-one wants), we had a great experience.

Topline Construction staff is very professional, efficient and they do a clean job. We used their services a few year ago and we will always recommend them to our friends and family.

I cannot say enough good things about Kristen and Topline Construction. Kristen stopped by after a recent hail storm while I was outside painting and told me about her company and background and we looked at some of the hail damage on my shed. She left a flier and said to call for an estimate. Kristen was not pushy, and she never once tried to push me into getting a new roof from the hail storm she just let me know that they would always be around to help. I worked on getting my claim approved, Kristen provided me with a quote on a roof, gutters, and fascia while most other companies tried to strong arm me into letting them work directly with my insurance, so they could “get more money out of the insurance company” ,as they all said, while Kristen just let me know if we find further damage we will need to go back to the insurance with photos and have them revise the scope. I am not an easy customer to please when it comes to work on my house, I like to ask a lot of questions and watch the work as it gets completed, and all the guys working on my roof and gutters were more than willing to answer all my questions and show me what they were doing and explain everything. The work was all completed in a timely manner and everything looks great on my house, I am extremely happy with the job Topline construction did and the care that Kristen and all the crews put into my home. When you work with Topline you will know they care about the work they are doing, and the job will be done right the first time.

The team from Topline was very thorough and professional in all aspects of the roofing and gutter installation process for hour house and garage. All of our questions were answered in detail, clearly and immediately.

Very professional and timely. They also had some great ideas for my house. I highly recommend them.

The Topline team over-delivered on my expectations. Very easy to work with - as it was my first time dealing with contractors, Kristen was patient with my questions and walked me through everything in the process setting a great comfort level. Highly recommended, would use again in a heartbeat.

We recently worked with Kristen and Topline Construction Firm to repair our flat roof. Kristen was professional and responsive. She took the time to evaluate our needs and provided a handful of options that would address the issues with our roof and meet our budget. Her and her crew went above and beyond to complete our roof repair on time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Topline Construction Firm.

Great Experience with Topline CONTRUCTION, they took care of everything from start to finish replacing , Roof and Siding. Great Customer service

I highly recommend Topline Construction! Kristen is the most professional, organized, personably, knowledgeable and thorough contractor, I have ever dealt with. We were extremely impressed with her and her crew throughout every stage of the process for our roofing project for the house we were selling. We needed to put on a new roof very last minute and she moved mountains, to make sure everything would work out in en extremely short time frame to accommodate the sale of our home. We were beyond grateful for her amazing customer care and service. two months later we are ready to put on a new roof on our new house and will be going with Topline! I love that it is woman owned business in a male dominated field!

I'm glad I found Topline Construction. Kristen was knowledgeable, professional, easy to communicate with and considerate of her client's time. She always responded quickly and was very transparent throughout the entire process. I knew all of my options, the costs and the pros & cons. She never pressured me into going with the more expensive option, but genuinely cared about the best option for me. If you want a company that values integrity, quality, transparency and great customer service, Topline Construction delivers on all of these.

Working with Topline Construction to replace my roof was a really great experience. Kristen was very prompt and very responsive to the many questions I had via email, text, and phone. She has a tremendous amount of industry knowledge and can navigate her way through the insurance claim and building codes with ease. The crew is very professional and the job was completed with great quality. They did a great job of ensuring the roof was protected against rain while the project was underway. I would highly recommend Top Line Construction. Absolutely no regrets on our end for hiring them.
