Constraction reviews in Shoreview, Minnesota

Helped fixed my sagging roof. Job was done quickly and no surprises on pricing. Would work with again!

When Topline Construction first inspected our 20-year old roof, I appreciated their honesty, as they told us it was in good shape for at least 5 more years. A couple years later, after a hailstorm damaged the roof, Topline helped us navigate the insurance process to get the roof replaced. The Topline team was terrific in all ways: communication, punctuality, quality of work, quality of materials, and follow-up. Highly recommended!

Topline Construction was very responsive and professional. I highly recommend them! They replaced our roof and explained the process along the way, documenting with photos. After the work was done, they cleaned our yard thoroughly with minimal debris left behind.

Excellent service, cost and professionalism. Outstanding communication and overall value. Recommend Kristen and her crew 100%!

Topline has been amazing to work with! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an experienced, quality driven local contractor.

I honestly wish they did a more broad range of work. I would have them work on everything in my house. The communication quality of work and sense of just feeling taken care of without me having to put a lot of thought or energy into. It was great. Very informative and always available to answer my questions. I hope I don’t need a new roof in years to come, but I would recommend Toplineto everyone, in fact, I try to get them to go up north in Minnesota to cover that area, as well. Kristen is the only person in this field that I felt like really knew her way around insurance claims and she was able to get everything I needed from my insurance company without me having to lift a finger. She also let me know what to expect. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and had incredible business ethics. And her crew was awesome and respectful. They did fabulous work. I am happy and my neighbors are also very happy that I got a new roof.

After our roof sustained hail damage, we sought multiple roofing companies to handle the repair. While the insurance claim was covering the cost, we were determined to spend the funds wisely and fully understand the insurance process. We were referred to Topline Construction LLC, and from the start, we were impressed.

Kristen from Topline came out for an inspection and was incredibly thorough in addressing all of our questions. She made insightful suggestions, explained the process in detail, and provided solutions for concerns we had regarding the project. Her knowledge of the roofing industry was exceptional, and it was clear she was passionate about her work.

Throughout the process, Kristen spoke highly of her experienced crew, and it showed in the quality of the work. The roof replacement was completed on time, and the crew did a fantastic job, especially with the clean-up afterward.

It was truly a pleasure to work with a local, women-owned business. The service and attention to detail from Topline Construction were second to none. We highly recommend them for anyone in need of roofing services!

I am a repeat customer x4. Fantastic quality and service every time! The Topline team is great to work with, very professional and I have recommended them to numerous friends, family and work colleagues.

Kristen and the whole group know what they’re doing and are exceedingly professional and communicative. From our first contact with her, she explained their process and business philosophy. As a woman-owned family business, Topline brings a different level of engagement with and focus on the customer. We couldn’t be more happy with the work and the relationship!

Timely response toward end of the fall season for construction and roof repair. Review of job to be done by a crew boss and not a salesperson. Focus on not only quality roof repair, but also prevention efforts. Saved the cost of total roof replacement by optimizing sections of roof with plenty of service life left.

Kristen was great to work with. She walked me through everything about my roof, what to add here (more vents) what to watch for there. She also was incredibly helpful and patient as she laid out my options and answered a variety of roof related questions. Easily one of the best contractors I've ever worked with.

I haven’t personally used this company for roofing services, but I wanted to share how impressed I am with the owner, Kristen, and the way she shows up in our community. As a woman-owned construction business, she is not only leading in a traditionally male-dominated industry, but also actively encourages young girls to explore careers in STEM and the trades.

It’s inspiring to see a business owner using her platform to give back, mentor, and open doors for the next generation. That kind of leadership and integrity says a lot about the values behind her company. I don't currently own my home, but when I do and need construction or roofing services, Kristen and her team at Topline will be at the top of our list to call.
