Shawn was so helpful and kind. He helped me with my water softener and toilet. He had everything he needed in his truck, even a new toilet seat! He showed me how to test the softness of my water. I just checked it and it looks good.
He was also able to service my neighbor’s water softener who was looking for a plumber and she was pleased with his service.

Matt brought his best work today , patient, respectful, informative...a perfect installation. Our furnace and air conditioner were set in the same footprint in 3 hrs! A big thank you to Jason as well, great work you two!

Trent did a fantastic job helping us out of a pinch after one of our cables to the AC accidentally got cut. He came out the same day and quickly and professionally spliced the wires and had everything back to normal. Thank you!

Trent L. came out to help diagnose our malfunctioning air conditioner and we can't say enough good things about our experience. Hurlburt heating's communication via text updates is so handy especially for us having to put our pets away so they don't dash outside. This gave us time to prepare our house as well. Trent gave a pre call and arrived at the time he said he would. Very respectful and easy to work with! He did a thorough diagnosis, wrote up an estimate, and after chatting with us and answering all our questions he then went to work and managed to switch out the fan motor with what he had on hand and fixed the problem which we worried would have been thousands. We will be using Hurlburt H&P again. Five stars from us! Thanks Trent!!

Beca was awesome! She took the time to explain what the problems were in terms I could understand and what needed to be done. She was very knowledgeable in her job and very personable. She answered all of my questions and I was extremely happy with her service. This was my first service with Hurlburt and I would highly recommend them with such wonderful service and employees!

We had a fantastic experience working with Greg M! He wired our shed in just one day, installing outlets, a ceiling fan, and 3 exterior lights—all done efficiently and professionally. He arrived right on time, came prepared, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing.

Doug did a fantastic job with removing our old hot water heater and installing this new one. Hurlburt was incredibly fast and easy to work with. Doug was down to earth and friendly. Thanks Doug!

Hurlburt plumbing was great. Very responsive when I called to make an appointment. Doug arrived on time was pleasant and so helpful. He fixed the plumbing issue and then went above and beyond to check my basement pipes. He showed me how to turn off the water in an emergency. He was very helpful! I will be using Hurlburt plumbing for any future needs.

Doug did a great job and his apprentice Mike was great too. They had me fixed up in short order. Would have them back anytime.

Cody was on time, cool to talk to, and professional. No major issues with the installation and left the area clean when he finished. I also appreciate the willingness to answer questions.

Jared was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information with me. I felt like I had a handle on what the issue was, what caused it, and what steps we could take to monitor and help prevent it from happening again. He was quick, efficient, communicated well, and polite.
And most importantly, things seem to be back up and functioning.

I had an appointment set to install a ceiling fan for later in the week. I was contacted about an earlier appointment opening which was great! Zac immediately contacted me and said he was 10 minutes away. He arrived shortly after.
Zac was very professional and friendly. The job was completed perfectly and he explained all operating procedures. He cleared the trash and quickly processed the invoice.
WOW!!! It was another fantastic experience with Hurlburt.

Evan and the whole Hurlburt team did a great job on the AC/Furnace installation. It was done with care and in a timely manner. From first inspection to quote to installation took less than 2 weeks.

AC, one of many things you unfortunately learn doesn't work only when you go to use it.
Having someone who can swoop in and get it working again is important. Having someone who can do that swiftly is a plus. Beca did that today. She was efficient, did what needed to be done with a smile on her face. Her lighthearted manner combined with her knowledge of how this stuff works was more than I hoped for. My expectations were high, she met them. Thank you.

PS... I threw in the picture of the hummingbird as a momentary distraction. Sometimes we just need to stop and smell the roses.

We had the best experience with Hurlburt! We scheduled an appointment on Sunday night to have a service advisor give an estimate on replacing our entire HVAC system, furnace and central air. The next day, Monday, Chris was here promptly at the beginning of our scheduled time frame, and he did an amazing job giving us not only 2, but 4 packages to choose from. He did not leave until those estimates were in our hand, and emailed. A few hours later, we had follow up questions which we texted him directly. He responded immediately, and our journey to new equipment was in full swing. Less than 2 days later, on Wednesday, our technician, Pao, texted to let us know he was on his way. There was absolutely no disruption to our normal day to day activities. The professionalism, knowledge, and speed the work was completed by, absolutely surpassed my highest expectations!!! We could not be more impressed by Hurlburt!! We are very pleased to recommend their services to everyone! Great job!!!

Shawn had to saw into our bedroom wall to replace a pipe that drained our bathroom basin. He took every precaution to keep the dust to a minimum while sawing thru the sheetrock. He kept us informed of what he was doing and what needed to be done next. We are very happy with his work, and more than pleased with such speedy service.
