Cody was on time and polite. He answered all questions and went through the new sediment filter and the RO system. After he was done explaining he asked if we had any more questions. He also mentioned if we had questions later to just call the office. Good experience, Cody is very knowledgeable

We had such a great experience with Hurlburt and, specifically, Dave, the installer. He had to get an over 30 yr old system out from under our massive fire place, rebuild and configure the ductwork, and bring in the new system. In a unique octagon home we have experienced the many oddities and challenges when doing home repair but this one was formidable challenge and Dave and Hurlburt rose to the occasion. After a very long working day for Dave we finally have a bit of relief from the heat and know we will be sitting warm this winter.

Evan M came today and installed both a new furnace and an air conditioning unit at my house.

Super happy with the work the guys did. They were friendly and finished the project the same day. They worked hard and the finished install was very professional looking (both the AC unit and the furnace unit).

I also appreciated them going over the unit with me before they left.

Logan was incredible to work with. When he arrived the 2nd and final day of our project, he was able to address some things that needed to be changed from the previous day’s work. He asked insightful questions to make sure he understood what my understanding of the project was and and he was able to apply his expertise to thoroughly answer all of my questions, to see the big picture for our project, and to make sure he did not miss any details to ensure all parts of the project were done well. He walked me through the different aspects of our project and explained how and why everything was being done the way it was. He did a nice job with placement of our pipes to install the needed equipment and to maintain the aesthetics of our space, and the functioning of the equipment. After speaking with him I had confidence things would be done well, and they were. Thank you so much Logan!

I wanted a second opinion and I’m happy I did! Hurlburt heating and cooling were able to catch a carbon monoxide leak in my furnace whereas the first company that looked did not! My tech guy did a thorough job making sure I understood why the issues I was experiencing were happening. When going through the options for a new furnace, being a first time homeowner, these guys took the time to make sure that all options were covered! They were even able to get my new furnace installed the next day!! I will absolutely continue using their services, especially since I am now on their family membership plan.

Just this morning we had a new furnace and AC installed by Matt M (and his coworker) from Hurlburt Heating = we were really impressed! The guys were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We had originally been told the installation could take 6 - 8 hours; but Matt and coworker were done in just over 3 hours!! They left everything neat and tidy (even taking their shoes off when coming in the house)! Once the project was done, they went over everything with us - including explaining everything they had done during installation and how to operate the new thermostat. They were able to answer all of our questions. We are super impressed with this company - from the service advisor(s) (Dylan and Michael) who first visited our property, to the friendly people in the office (Ashley and others) who took and answered our phone calls, to the people who did the installation. All the way around, we had a wonderful experience with this company and their employees - from start to finish!!!

Hurlburt Heating and Plumbing was GREAT to work with. When our AC failed on a Sunday night they answered our call right away Monday morning and had a technician there the same day. Liam did a great job assessing our system and setting up the follow up appointment with Dylan and Mike who explained our options.
Dylan was very knowledgeable and great to work with and Mike (in training) was very interested in learning the trade and will do great! Dylan also set up our installation appointment - only two days later! How awesome is that?!
Matt and Jason installed our new AC unit and furnace in record time and did an amazing job of explaining the new system and safety features. Matt and Jason were both very professional and great to work with. Thanks for doing such an amazing job!

I just had Hurlburt come out to replace two cartridges in a bathroom faucet (I supplied the cartridges) and replace the two shut-offs for the faucets. The time to access and do the work was 1 hour and 20 minutes and the charge was $727. Ridiculous pricing.
