I was able to get same day service going for kitchen return air

Had an appointment the morning of 1/26/20 and they never showed up, never called me, nothing. I sat around all morning on my Sunday waiting for them, and never heard a peep. Would not recommend using them.

I highly recommend these guys for your HVAC job. They communicate very good from start to follow up after the job is complete. Very friendly and professional techs and very detailed with their service.

Tony was wonderful. He explained everything to me, took pictures of what was wrong and fixed everything. I couldn’t be happier. He arrived when he was supposed to. He was very courteous. He explained what he was going to do; and he explained the special that the company was promoting. He provided excellent customer service.

We called over the weekend because our hot water went out. We scheduled an appointment for Sunday and were more than willing to pay the after hours fee. They gave us a time frame of 10am-2pm. 2pm comes and goes with no call or anything. We call the company to see what's going on and they inform us that nobody will be coming out that day and offered to set it up for Monday between 3pm-7pm. We were irritated but figured, ok, things happen. On Monday we hadn't heard anything by 5:30pm so we called just to get an ETA and were told that nobody would be showing up because their techs had COVID. So that is two days in a row that were no call, no shows for appointments that we set up and paid for. I called Tuesday morning to get a refund and was on the line with them for about 20 minutes because they wanted to argue and say that a tech called us at 6:49pm and 6:55pm. That was an hour and a half after I called the company and was told nobody would be coming out. Their service is disappointing and unreliable. I hope they do better going forward.

Joe installed a water heater at our home this morning. It took several hours and required moving around a heavy washing machine and maneuvering in tight spaces. He did it all in an even-tempered and competent fashion. He represents your company very well.

Sublime Heating & Cooling take many pictures of all the work that was done and send you a comprehensive report so you know exactly what was done and why and you are given a thorough explanation of the work they don’t rush. They will answer any question that you have they don’t try to sell you want a necessary services that you don’t need. Absolutely highly recommended

I made an appointment Sunday for a appointment Tuesday between 8-10 am. My furnace would fire up but not engage blower. I have 2 small heaters and closed all the rooms Tuesday I call at 1130am and they confirmed my address and phone number and said it won’t be long. Never showed up. This morning-6 degrees and 53 in the house. Works not happy and I had to take a vacation day.

The day I needed help, Sublime Heating & Cooling were able to accommodate me same day. They had all the appropriate equipment to go up on the roof and locate the problem and offered an honest estimate for the work right away which they were able to do the next time. Absolutely highly recommended!!

I expected the preventative maintenance spring service call to go quickly. Instead the technician worked diligently for two plus hours cleaning and maintaining the system. It was more than a drive by and check the thermostat and filter change. Tech was friendly and informative. I highly recommend Sublime Heating & Cooling.

Sublime Heating & Cooling are professional, always responsive, communicate well, prices are reasonable and they are honest and don’t try to oversell you something. I pay for the annual membership and enjoy having peace of mind with the AC and heating inspections and filter changes on my two units each year so we can be proactive and avoid any major issues. I highly recommend for AC or heating needs.

Wonderful experience- Technician was promptly on time, professional, polite, knowledgeable, and quickly fixed the issue with my central air unit and was done in less than an hour. Work was done at a reasonable price. Will definitely call Sublime Heating & Cooling with any issues or if I need to replace my heating and cooling units.

I had called to get a quote and see when someone would be able to come out. I told them it wasn’t emergent, but the sooner the better. They told me they could get someone out between 2-5pm today (5.13.22). I was like well it’s not an emergency, and I don’t want to be charged for an emergency call. I had called a couple places one said they could of gotten me in same day between 2-4pm. I decided to book with Appleton. At 10minutes to five I called to see why the tech hasn’t shown up and I hadn’t received any call. They told me the tech that was assigned was stuck on a commercial job and they didn’t know when he would be available. Yeah, it wasn’t emergency, but they said they could get me in and then I had to call them to check status. Don’t tell me you can get me in when you can’t. Also, would of been nice to have gotten a call to inform me of what was going on instead of me having to call then to find out what was going on. Was very disappointed to be told they could come check out my ac unit and then not show up and not call. So I told them to close the ticket, I was going to find someone that can actually come out when they say they can and if something happens that they will at least be professional and give me a call back to inform me. Have a different company coming on Monday between 10-11am. Would give no stars if I was able too, because my time is precious too.

Ben did a commendable job servicing our furnace. He was very knowledgeable and gave us good advice about our system. He gave us some good tips on how to operate both our heating and cooling systems very effectively.Will highly recommend.

We had a problem with A/C and Appleton Heating & Cooling arranged a service call within 24 hours of our contact. The technician that was sent has worked on our A/C a few times and he's always very thorough and professional. Thanks! I highly recommend them.

Allan did an excellent job giving me an inspection and replacement of my furnace. He was very quick to reply to my request and he gave me a quite right after inspection and stuck to it. During the service, he was polite, friendly and very respectful. He even fixed a mistake made by a previous worker on my water heater. He was quick and did an awesome job. H. I would definitely recommend him.

Quick and easy fix and very reasonable cost. We had a problem with our heater, we had scheduled a service with another company and they missed with many excuses. Appleton Heating & Cooling were able to squeeze us in at the last minute, excellent job , clean efficient professional tech and very reasonable prices. Will use again.
