AJH did a move out cleaning for us and the did a tremendous job! The hardwood floors were spotless and shining, and they did a deep clean of the whole house in a timely manner. They were also very nice and super professional, I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great job!

The work involved the removal of organic matter from an old gravel parking lot and bringing in, grading, and compacting new gravel in the parking lot so that the slope made for good drainage.

I have never been more satisfied a company in my life. The owner responded quickly to all contact, and made sure that I felt heard throughout the process. Cannot recommend more highly.

JJ did an amazing job filling and grating after we had a retaining wall installed. His bid was reasonable and he was able to do the job in a reasonable time frame. I am looking forward to having him do a boulder wall for me in the spring.

I worked with JJ on an entire home landscape renovation front yard backyard: dirt work, rock retaining walls, landscaping, grass and trees. After getting multiple bids, I contracted with NexGen Landworks to remove an old timber retaining wall and replace it with a new Versa-Lock wall. It looks fantastic and I couldn't be more pleased. JJ & his crew went above and beyond in their work and exceeded my high expectations. They're personable, conscientous, professional, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. Upon completion of the new wall, they repaired my irrigation system, regraded the area and seeded the lawn. I would work with JJ and NexGen for any landscaping or hardscaping project and I can and do recommend them with enthusiasm.

I recently hired NextGen Landworks to build two retaining walls, and I couldn't be happier with the results. JJ listened carefully to my needs and made helpful suggestions. The team completed the project quickly, without sacrificing any attention to detail.

I was also very impressed with how clean they left the site afterwards. There was no mess or debris left behind, which is a huge plus.

JJ and his crew did a very friendly and professional review of my lawn and continuously consulted to make sure all my wishes came true. They removed old stumps, graded the existing surface, added black dirt and covered with grass seed and straw to get the water going away from the foundation. A small retaining wall keeps the uphill side of the driveway from washing into the driveway, and some plantings make the yard a whole new place. I've gotten a number of compliments from neighbors on how much better the whole place looks.

I hired Next Gen Landworks to make a raised building pad for a pole barn I was having built on my 10 acre property. I was given specifications by the builder on the required size and how level the pad had to be over the entire length and width. The owner, JJ Lund, worked hard to meet those specifications as well as keep the project within my budget. I had them remove some stumps and build a gravel driveway to the site as well as build the pad. Everything went as planned for the entire project and JJ kept me informed on what he was doing the whole time. They were great at showing up when they said they would and worked long hours to get it done. I ended up wanting extra work done beyond the original scope of the project. That was no problem for Next Gen. They gave me a written proposal on the cost of the extra work that was quite reasonable and then waited for my go ahead to proceed. I had a great experience with this company. They were very capable and careful with the work they did on my property. I will hire them again if another project arises.
