We had Jackson and Sam out earlier this week clean our windows and clear our gutters. They were on time, respectful and did a great job! We'll definitely be using them in the future for window and external house cleaning and will be recommending them to neighbors and friends.

When Jackson first arrived, I was a little nervous as he seemed so young, especially since we’ve had poor experiences with newer less seasoned cleaners before and our home is quite large. The second he got started though, his knowledge and experience was immediately apparent. He moved quickly and very quietly through the house once he was finished outside. He removed his shoes and made sure everything he touched was exactly as he found it. He was also very kind with our rescue dog who does not typically do well with new people, especially men, but they seemed to be instant friends!

I could not be more impressed with red eye, from first contact to finishing the work, jackson did a stellar job. It’s hard to find a small business that takes as much pride in their work as jackson does, and knowing that part of every job goes to help conservation and the friends of the BWCA is just another bonus for me. We had an event coming up on Sunday and decided last minute (Wednesday) that we really needed our windows cleaned. I called Jackson at Red Eye Window Cleaning, and even though his schedule was full, he called me back shortly after and said he was able to rearrange things to help us out.

On Friday, he showed up right on time and immediately got to work on all 55 of our windows. Jackson was extremely personable, professional, and efficient. He carefully washed each window inside and out, cleaned the screens, and used a thorough process—water, cloth, squeegee, and then double-checked from every angle to make sure there were no smudges or streaks. He even shared some helpful maintenance tips along the way.

What really stood out was his attention to detail and the pride he clearly takes in his work. He moved quickly but never cut corners, and he left everything spotless, including the areas he worked around. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable.
