Had a very large limb on a cotton wood tree that was dead. The limb was doomed to fall and demolish my pool. Davey crew was magnificent. Did wonderful job removing the limb. The limb had to be at least 80' high or maybe more. Kept going even during a rain fall.. After they finished they cleaned up and you couldn't even tell they had been there. Great job DAVEY Tree.

I had them come out and remove 4 large trees and clean up the other trees on the property. They were extremely professional. They had all the right tools, all the right procedures, knew what they were doing, and had clearly done this many times before.

I would happily hire them again.

I hired the Davey crew out of the South Saint Paul, MN office to prune a large elm tree and to remove buckthorn. The crew was awesome; friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They exhibited high safety standards. They also did a thorough job cleaning up all of the yard debris. I highly recommend them and will use them again for future projects.

They always do a great job. Ethan is really good to talk to about what should or shouldn’t be done be and answering questions. They’re all very friendly and communicative. Highly recommend!

Removal of a giant overgrown crabapple tree in our backyard to open up our backyard and garden to more sun exposure. Davey is spot on with their scheduling, giving us a heads up when arriving and upon completion of the service they check back with you and do a great job in cleaning up after themselves.

I am extremely pleased with the crew that came out to remove a huge hangar in a Maple tree in my backyard. Davey Tree Company has done a tremendous job choosing their employees. The crew was courteous, professional and friendly. They left the area cleaned up. Kudos to these three employees.

We have used Davey for a number of years now. The tree planting service we had completed this past week is a testament to the many reasons why we stick with them. The team was FANTASTIC! Seriously. They planted a 12' tree for us. Not one spec of dirt was in our yard (no idea how they accomplished that feat), they put mulch down for us (we thought we'd have to buy and do that on our own), and they had stability stakes set up. When finished they gave an overview of directions we should follow over the next year. The team was also prompt, very kind and knowledgeable. My words can't express how pleased we are. I became alarmed when a crew member dropped his chainsaw from a high position on a tree, with another worker nearby. The chainsaw fell straight into a clearly established flowerbed, the workers *all laughed about it*. I wish it had ended there. Now, they are causing thousands of dollars in property damage to my garden as I type. Trying to talk with workers but language barrier is preventing all communication. Thousands of dollars in bulbs, perennials, and years of work just got decimated in 20 minutes. Deliberately stepping on my blooming flowers, dropping branches up to 6-7 inches in diameter (and many smaller ones) into the clearly marked and established garden, and dragging tree branches across tall, flowering plants (or they were, all the plants are totally destroyed now). Sent out by Xcel. Just trying to figure out who to sue for the extensive damages at this point.

Seen below; this is where my garden used to be before this morning when Davey came out. Every branch you see is sitting atop my flowerbeds (all destroyed). The intentional piling of every branch they cut (some up to 6-7 inches thick in diameter), all thrown directly into my garden. If the mass of branches were not so huge, you'd see a clearly marked border of rocks and mulch below them; it was OBVIOUS this was my garden that I had spent a lot of money and time on. We went from about 100 flowers blooming today when I woke up to about 4 undamaged plants left. About 100 bulbs totally smashed, not counting the perennials we've spent hundreds of dollars and hours on establishing over the years - entirely ripped out as they yanked the pile of waste branches across my garden and yard.

Responded promptly to my inquiry about fruit tree pruning, communicated effectively and did a fine job on the tree. Not dirt cheap, but a good value! I would use their services again.

Everything went exceptionally well, Connor and crew were very professional and personable! My tree looks great, the squirrels are pissed they can't get on my roof anymore, and the service was very quick. Also, the crew did a great job cleaning up afterwards; I couldn't be happier with my service, thank you so much!

The crew showed up on time. There must’ve been at least a half of a dozen of them. They were professional, safe, and respected my property. I appreciated the fact that they were here all day and they worked very hard to remove four challenging trees and provided trimming services on others, to prevent them from damaging my home. They cleaned up the debris from the trees, and MORE.

My goodness what a simply wholesome and fantastic company! My plant healthcare services were nothing but the bestest I could have ever hoped for. The attention to detail and care for the rest of my property (even not the trees!) was BETTER than top notch. Look no further, rope these guys in ASAP!

Davey Tree Service was excellent. Nick was great helping me determine what trees should be removed and was very knowledgeable. The crew was also excellent. All work was done with professionalism and precision and everything was cleaned up. The foreman, Quinton, was great to work with as was the entire crew. I highly recommend Davey for any tree removal or trimming needs.

We had a derchos storm come through our area end of July. We had a total of 14 mature trees that uprooted landing on our house, across our driveway blocking my wife vehicle in the garage, several landed on both sides of our chicken coop damaging the chicken fencing, several landing on our kids play structure, trampoline, and gazebo. My wife called Davey before they had opened and spoke to the district manager Jacob. They had the Arborist Sam and several crew members at our property within a couple hours. The amount of trees they were able to take care of the first day blew us away. They had all the trees that landed on all the structure items off, cut up, and safely moved. They came back another two days for clean up and removing the remaining trees and grind the stumps in the yard. We couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out after the stressful event we went through. We can't thank them enough!

We were very happy with the work Davey Tree did trimming our elm and oak trees. They waited until the trees were dormant, and were careful not to injure the trees by pruning too much. They also did a good job cleaning up when they were finished.

I had Davey tree remove a couple of Maple trees on my property that had become damaged and/or unhealthy. I had a great experience dealing with this company and would highly recommend! Ethan was very knowledgeable and professional during his initial visit and provided a quote promptly; he was great to deal with! Then once hired, the crew they sent out was very professional and efficient, and did a great job of communicating and also cleaning up after the removal. The price I paid was competitive, and though slightly higher than their competition, I felt confident Davey would provide the best total value service...and I was not disappointed. Will not hesitate to hire again.

Great job on my tree trimming. I had an Oak tree trimmed and the crew did the work yesterday (12/8/25). It was so cold outside but they came prepared to do the job and were very organized and efficient. The crew did an excellent job trimming the trees; they were very careful not to damage my property; they cleaned up the area so well that only their foot tracks are evidence that they were here. I would definitely hire them if I need my trees trimmed again. Thanks for a great job!
