Hiring Adam and his crew was the best decision we ever made. Where several other services quoted us outrageous prices, Adam was honest and fair. He kept an open line of communication and responded to any of our concerns throughout the entire process. When the team arrived they were professional, efficient, and courteous. The challenging job was done in a day thanks to their incredible work ethic. Adam from McClellan Tree Service came to cut down a tree for us and trim another one. I was amazed at the equipment he had to do the job right. He and his workers put on all the safety equipment and worked together to be safe and do the job right. I spoke with a number of Tree Services about the removal of 3 mature trees, 2 overgrown arborvitaes, a cedar, and tree trimming of a Linden. Adam was the most informed and provided a competitive bid. He and his crew worked tirelessly to get the job done right, including cutting, trimming, chipping, stump grinding, cleaning up and hauling away the big pieces. It's a pleasure to work with people who do what they say they're going to do, and then some. I'd highly recommend them.

I called for a estimate for my dead tree which was very close to my house and my fence. I was very concerned about my house and fence getting damaged if a storm knocked it over or during the removal process. Adam was very professional and easy to talk to about my concerns and me being on a tight budget. He was able to do it for a fair price. They came out did the job flawlessly and with no issues. If anyone needs a tree service this is the man to call.

No monster trees removed here, but the job of removing two stumps was huge to us. We wanted to remove 2 ancient lilac bushes, but once we removed the parts above ground, the stumps proved impossible for my husband to remove. Adam quoted us a fair price to grind them out and promised to do the job in a few days. A challenging work week for he and his crew caused the job to be delayed a couple times, but his communication with us was excellent, and while our job was small we know he considered us just as important and got it done! I lost part of a tree in my backyard during a recent storm. I called three tree service companies and only one responded—Mclellan Tree Service. Adam came out, provided an estimate and the repairs were scheduled. Adam and his crew did an excellent job not only removing the part of the tree that split and fell, but also the balance of the tree that was still standing and hanging over wires and my neighbors yard. The clean up after exceeded my expectation. I found Adam and his crew to be very professional, courteous, conscientious, and careful. Considering the job, the equipment he brought in, and the size of his crew, I found his price to be very reasonable. I have already referred him to others. We have an unusual, tree-filled natural backyard (no grass, just trees, shrubs, ground covers, etc.) in the suburbs. Not everyone gets our yard, it’s different, and I was a little nervous having to hire a tree service. But Adam was so personable and down-to-earth as we did a walk-through of our “suburban forest” to identify trees that had died, and advice regarding trees’ health, etc.; it was such a comfortable consult and I felt he “got” our yard. His estimate was more detailed than most companies who just throw out a figure, and included the photos he took of trees to remove (and it was lower than a competitor’s bid). I was very impressed with Adam and his whole crew. They were friendly, efficient, careful and did a great clean-up job, too. I highly recommend McClellan. Adam exudes customer service and integrity.

Excellent work. Had two trees trimmed and they did the job fast, left everything clean, and my trees look great. They were easy to work with, very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The price was the same as other bids which was average for the work done. Highly recommend!

This last year's drought brought down one of my large trees in my backyard. I had flowers, plants, rock and brick landscaping around it so I was not sure of how to remove the tree without damaging its surroundings. Lots of companies out there to choose from, not knowing who to trust I took a gamble on McClellan and wow am I glad I did!
