Keith and Joel did a great job cleaning our duct work. They were very efficient, kind and respectful. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with the Servpro team. This is the first time we've had them address a mold concern and they did a great job helping me out without emptying my bank account. I've used them for other things before(fire damage, bio hazard cleanup) and was also pleased with that experience. I will definitely reach out to them again, and have no issues recommending them to anyone else either!

Keith and Joel did an awesome job. They took great care to keep everything in the house clean, and went above and beyond to reach vents in a high vaulted living room space. There were extensive in floor vents in the lower level, and they did a second round of cleaning to for that part of the system. Everything was left "like it never happened!"

The team was wonderful and made our home feel new! Katie and her team of Silvia, Evan, Keith and Joel were timely, efficient and left things pristine! I would highly recommend!

We had Brandon out to take a look at some potential water damage we were concerned about. Brandon was on time, super friendly and extremely thorough. After evaluating, he gave us a green light that all looked good and we didn’t have any issues that needed dealt with - instead we were dealing with simple discoloration. In my book..if a company is honest enough to tell you that you DON’T need their services..that’s a company I will work with in the future.

They were incredible in responding to us with a toilet malfunction/leak and when they came they did everything to ensure it would dry out and would not cost us any more damage. After 5 days of running humidifiers and heat the bathroom was saved and we did not need to replace our tile! Wonderful! Highly recommend

Had quite the emergency with my dog and needed help right away. My poor dog was sick while I was at work all over my bedroom! I needed emergency carpet service and called John after hours. He was there shortly after and did amazing job cleaning and sanitizing my carpet. Thankful for John and emergency pet cleaning service for my carpet!

Done Right is outstanding. Jon was able to respond late at night to our house when we had a partially flooded basement because of a broken pipe and he stayed until around midnight to ensure that the situation was under control. We are so grateful for how quickly he responded and the amazing job that he did drying our basement out. Jon also connected us with other services for work that we needed to have done due to the flooding. He checked in regularly and made sure things were moving along. We will definitely keep Done Right in mind for the future if we need them! We highly recommend!

Found a doggie diarrhea accident on my light colored basement carpet this morning. It was a mess I knew I could not tackle on my own! Called Done Right for emergency clean up and they were out the same day! They did an amazing job. Carpet looks great and smells wonderful. Friendly fast response and service.

Quick to respond and completed the project day-of. Very direct communicator.

EDIT: now a few months later, I’m revising my review to drop from 4 to 3 stars. I’m having contractors give me estimates for work to repair my basement and they’ve commented on the reckless work that was performed by Done Right. I’m going to have to pay additional money on the back end to fix damages because they were not thoughtful and intentional with their work.

Came out same evening had a flooded basement pipe broke. Done right restoration talked to my adjuster billing insurance directly I highly recommend this company for any emergency water damage.

Done right came out for a flooded basement due to sump pump failure. John and his team were great communicators throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain what they do and how everything worked. Life savers!!!
