I had a pipe burst and had two levels of my home flood early in the morning. I was referred to Done Right by my plumber, and they showed up an hour later, after hours, to help dry out the water damage in my home. I would highly recommend them to others because of the amazing customer service and super quick help! Thank you!

I live in Cottage Grove. My sump pump failed, and my basement was flooded. Done Right Carpet and Restoration came the same that afternoon and worked into the evening to set up numerous fans and dehumidifiers to prevent further damage. The service was great. John took care of everything for the price he quoted. I recommend Done Right Carpet and Restoration.

Doneright came to help clean up a water leak in our basement that turned into 6 inches of water. They came out quick and handled the situation and excellently. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

During the latest 2026 polar vortex, we had a broken pipe in our basement that flooded multiple areas of our home.

Their team arrived within an hour of our call, with six people ready to work. They immediately got to it—moving out all contents (including extremely heavy items), removing soaked wet carpet in brutal conditions, and taking full control of the situation.

They brought in fans and water-removal equipment, working efficiently and thoroughly to dry our home and prevent further damage. On top of that, they handled coordination with our insurance company and even helped us get a plumber—which, in those conditions, was no small feat.

While preparing our home for the arrival of our daughter, I noticed bubbling behind the paint in our back bedroom and when I checked it, water came out. Any soon-to-be father’s worst nightmare. Contacted us quickly on the weekend. We thought we had an ice dam and roof leak after seeing mold on our ceiling and an ice dam on the roof above. John was honest about the damage (less than we initially thought). He moved quickly to take out the affected part of our ceiling and wall and contained the mold and gave us references for who could help us with repair of the ceiling/wall.
