We have worked with Sensible Heating and Air Conditioning, on many different occasions, and the experiences were nothing short of exceptional! From start to finish of each visit, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. We have had tune ups and repairs for both our furnace and air conditioning. When our furnace went down during the winter, the issue was quickly diagnosed, and we got our heat back on right away.
Our installer, Elliot, was absolutely fantastic. He was punctual, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous throughout the entire installation. He always takes the time to explain everything in detail, answering all our questions and ensuring we were completely comfortable with the work being done. His workmanship was top-notch, and he clearly takes pride in doing the job right.

Sensitive Heating did a great job replacing our water heater and floor heating system. Elliot and Noah did very professional work. They were clean and organized. The final installation was top notch. I highly recommend them!
