We booked this cleaning service last minute and are so impressed with the results! With two small kids and a dog who sheds like crazy, our house needed serious attention—and they delivered. I had an urgent situation on a Friday afternoon. We are a remodeling company and one of the projects we are working on had a problem with a severe amount of dust escaping and getting into many areas of their home. I contacted Pro Cleaning asking for immediate help knowing that we are asking for a lot. Due to the urgent nature of the problem, Jorge (the owner) moved around some things on his schedule and came out on a Saturday morning. His team cleaned a tremendous amount of the home in 1 shift and literally made the home clean and safe again that same day. Although there's a bit of a language barrier, some communication through texting allowed translation and clarity of expectations. I would recommend PCS for any home cleaning needs.

This team was absolutely incredible. They were so patient when some issues arose and constantly provided me updates on the status of the cleaning. Their communication was impeccable and I really appreciated the confirmation texts I received leading up to the cleaning. The cleaning was incredible and I cannot recommend them enough!

Jorge and his crew were Godsends this past weekend. Our construction crew left the furnace air on while cutting concrete and there was layer of fine concrete dust on every floor, every bedroom, bathroom, bed sheet, the toys, in our kitchen drawers. I had to evacuate our family of 5 (three little children) and stay elsewhere for two nights. Jorge accommodated the urgent request on a Saturday morning and in 5-6 hours, they had done a first pass on cleaning that saved my wife and I so much time. We are so grateful for their hard work in allowing us to return to our home and live there again. We look forward to using their services again and would recommend them to our family and friends.

This was my first time using their service for a move-out cleaning and I’m very impressed with the cleaning service! They did a fantastic job. I could never get the grease and dirt out of the oven, fridge, or bathtub myself, but they made everything look spotless and like new! I’m so impressed with how clean everything looks. Great job! We have been so impressed by this company! Jorge and team are so wonderful to work with. They are kind, professional, and patient. They value they work they do, and they are very talented, as well. They saw opportunities with my house that I missed. I feel very safe with them in my home, and I trust their work and integrity. My house looks very nice when they leave. The pleasant crew did not clean to my standards. I had requested a deep cleaning and got a once-over lightly: fingerprints left around door handles, tops of surfaces not dusted (I'm tall so I notice this, the crew were all short, probably didn't/couldn't see), particular areas of concern untouched. The team leader's limited English prevented effective communication and none of the other crew members appeared to speak any English. My expressed concerns were met with "this is how much time you get". A re-clean was later offered but we had guests coming (for which this cleaning was preparation) so that didn't fit. I the end the house was cleaner than before, but not what I had desired.

The below positive review was correct. However, since that posting the cleans are no longer acceptable.

We will not be using this service for regular cleaning anymore.

I hired The Maids Minneapolis to deep clean my daughter’s apartment as a surprise after spending 21 days in the hospital. 3 women and one gentleman arrived an hour after I was told they would be there. They spent less than 1 1/2 hours as I was surprised when I got a text saying they were finished. I was so excited to have her place cleaned for her, but so disappointed after looking closely at a few things! This is a one bedroom apartment on a very small scale. Floors were not cleaned well at all. I could see that no one even tried to rub anything off with a little muscle. Sofa and her bed both sit about 6-8 inches off the hardwood floor and no one bothered to dust or mop under them! I pulled a small chair away from a corner of her living room and I could see dust, so I took a wet paper towel and wiped that up. I couldn’t believe what was on my towel. I wish I had taken more pictures, but I truly felt the company would give me more than a measly $25.00 off the over $300 bill when I called to discuss how let down I was.
I would NOT use this company out of Minneapolis!

The Maids are amazing. I was struggling when I moved to find cleaners who consistently did a spotless job. The owner Dan met with us, personalized the experience, and has always been attentive to ensuring we are getting great service. Our home is large and has a large sport court, but they don’t have any issues making it look great everywhere. We are both partners at a law firm and have two kids and a dog. We rely on the Maids to make our lives so much easier. I highly recommend them.

I asked for a deep clean and I got it! I have a Siberian Husky, I recently fostered an unhousebroken puppy, and there's a cat. I injured my back and couldn't do much of anything for several weeks. And I have a teenager. So this was no easy task!
