After three visits by the Ecomaids team, I absolutely would not recommend these cleaners.

Despite requests to vacuum my furniture (and agreeing to pay a surcharge for them to do so), this service was not performed. Moreover, even if you have them come more frequently, they will consistently charge you the initial rate quoted - case in point, when I had the team come 9 days after the last cleaning to help me prepare for an event in my home, I will still charged a monthly cleaning rate. When I complained, I was informed that "their system doesn't allow them to process refunds." Eek.

While it's great that they use ecofriendly cleaning materials, the quality just isn't there - in their cleaning or their customer service.

I used EcomaidsBiz for my move in/move out. I used them because of the products. My move in was less than 2500sqf. Upon showing the maids where and how to clean on top of their 64 point inspection, they seemed to have have done a great job. However after unpacking and moving stuff in, my husband and I noticed some of the floor base boards were not done, the drawers were not cleaned out, underneath the microwave was not cleaned, bathroom side vanity board was not wiped. Prior to noticing these things, we were going to used them for a biweekly service. No longer the case.

We also used them for our our move out which was about 1500sqf. They had to call and say they were not going to be the early time frame but instead slightly later than the time frame because one of the maids were on vacation. Again, I showed the maids where extra details should be cleaned. Once the cleaning crew was done, I received a phone call that they were done. So I called my landlord letting him know it was done. Upon inspection with my landlord the place did not look professional cleaned. There were still spots on the floor, the oven was not cleaned, the base boards were not done. I reached out to Nick for an invoice and sent a pic of the floor. I did receive the invoice but not apologize or anything from wanting to know more.

I will not recommend this service for a move in /move out. In fact I will not recommend this company at all. Big disappointment.

Eager to have our first professional house-cleaning, we were very impressed by their claims on the site using non-toxic cleaning products, color-coding system, 64-point checklist, all of which wasn't true. The first experience, the two that arrived took it upon themselves to provide their own products in place of the ones the company provides, which were filled with harsh and strongly scented chemicals used throughout our family home, but I could hardly communicate clearly to correct the issue with the language barrier. Not to mention, a large portion of that 64-point checklist was thrown out of the window and many of the tasks were not completed. I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for someone to come over to do a consistently thorough job with high-quality products in an efficient manner.

Very, very pleased with EcoMaids. They did a great job getting into every nook and cranny. My house hasn’t looked this great in years. Would absolutely use them again!

I have been using EcoMaids to clean my home in Plymouth for over a year. The cleaning team shows up on time and are very courteous with me and my two young kids when we are home. My house always looks great after they leave! Customer service does a great job with the details and I can always get ahold of them if I need to change the schedule.

I'm glad to have found them. They are hardworking and do it right. I recommend.

Without question, the best cleaning service I have ever used. Munoz cleaners are exactly who I want in my house! The cleaning staff is extremely thorough, trustworthy, reliable, polite--and the entire house sparkles under their care! I am so impressed by the careful finishing touches they put on their work and their attentive customer service. Everything is easy when it comes to Munoz! I couldn't be happier! Their work stands out head-and-shoulders above all else.

They quoted me 100/hour for 2 cleaners. That would’ve cost 600 bucks for 2 people to clean my home for part of the day. What a scam. They also not insured like they claim. When I texted them they used gaslighting techniques to tell me that I was crazy and then they said well goodluck finding someone. Like I couldn’t find cleaners less than 100/hour. What a joke.

Been using them for move out/clean outs and they really do a great job. They make even the messiest properties shine. Will be using them again.

We are so glad to have found Munoz and Associates cleaning! They came in and did a deep cleaning and did an outstanding job. We now have them come every other week and we added another special cleaning project and they killed it. Prices are very fair and the attention to detail will have us customers for a long time.
