I'd give them a very fitting "ZERO" if I could, because that's how much they actually cleaned. I just used my little handheld cleaner for a small spill (yellow stain from ice cream) in a room that was just cleaned by zerorez a few days ago and LOOK AT THE WATER IN THIS PICTURE. What a joke!!! Clearly they do not actually clean the carpet, rather just clean the very surface as proven here. Don't be fooled and hire an actual carpet cleaning company. The water doesn't lie and I was shocked to see this - not to mention very angry!!!

WOW! We took advantage of the special and had three rooms, that have wool carpet, cleaned by ZeroRez and my husband and I are so impressed! Not only by the thorough job done but the care and attention to every single detail like spots that we never thought could be salvaged too! Thank you to ZeroRez! We will certainly have them clean again!

Scheduling was easy. The scheduler was knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions. Cost was explained up front. There was a quick turn around to when Zerorez could come out to do our carpets.

Mark did a great job explaining the process to me. He was very kind to my kids. He did a great job on the carriers. They looked excellent when he was done.

The only downside is that I didn't have you come sooner. We had many old cat pee spots that we couldn't get clean even with the return visit. It's understandable though as many were about 5 years old.

Jimmy, was fabulous! He called to let me know he’d be stopping by sooner than expected, which caught me off guard, but I greatly appreciated. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He did the work fast and it well done, (at least based off of first impressions). I’m guessing once it’s dry, it will look even better! I’m very happy with the service and so far the results.

I wish I would’ve taken a before pic because my stairs were pretty bad. I’ve had the carpet for about 10 yrs now and this was the first professional cleaning (other than vacuuming and spot treating dog accidents). I did take an after and will try to attach.

I just had Jack clean 3 pieces of furniture, 2 sets of stairs and 2 rooms. He did an EXCEPTIONAL job on everything!! Not only was he professional, but he was pleasant & friendly. He was very knowledgable about how to clean different fabrics and carpets. I really appreciated how thorough he was and asked me to check and make sure the cleaning was done well. But most importantly, he was very clear about showing me how much each part of the job would cost. Most companies do not show you the total until the end of the job and they have added in extra costs which were not in the original quote. Zerorez impressed me because they were up front about all of their pricing. I chose this company because of their high ratings on Google. Thank you fellow Google reviewers! Your comments DO matter!
