Zerorez called and asked to arrive early which was considerate. He showed up, moved in quickly, was friendly and very informative. He was also very focused on making sure I understood everything from what he planned to, how long to expect everything to last and how to stay safe. We had 2 rooms, a hallway and a stairway done in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone who wanted the job done right.

He was professional and really helped me understand what he was doing, recommended approaches for a few spots, and educated me on how to clean spots going forward (I spill a lot of tea.) Richie was awesome today! We had my mom's apartment carpet cleaned. It looks wonderful and Richie took great care to remind us to be very careful about slipping when we were going between carpet and flooring.

This was my first time using this company. I had them clean three rooms and stairs. I want to acknowledge that the technician was pleasant and courteous. However, It took a full two days to dry….the carpets were soaked. I don't think that the water was suctioned out enough. I’ve used other carpet cleaning companies in the past and have never had that much water remaining when they were done. After they left I noticed their hose had rubbed the paint off the corners on my stair interior walls. When paying my bill I was charged for another customer’s invoice. When I noticed what happened I asked them to make sure the card didn't go through and was assured it didn’t and I paid again for my invoice. Today I noticed that they didn't credit the first charge so I had to call to ask for a credit, which the customer service rep couldn't do herself and transferred me to a manager and got a voicemail. I won’t use this company again. And I’m waiting on my credit….

Paid $200 for dryer vent clean out. Didn’t get the 24% discount that was supposed to be applied for January. They also blew out the line and didn’t capture anything so it all ended up in our yard and is not what I would expect for the cost and the 10 minutes they spent here. Glad our vent is clear but extremely disappointed in the lack of professional customer service.

Edit: The GM called me a few days back and apologized for the mess left behind and assured me that he would make sure the workers know this is not acceptable. He then offered me $100 refund. More than I expected so I was appreciative of his response. A great follow up experience so that is helpful. Adding 2 stars for that!

Your technician, Jordan, was polite, friendly, quick, and efficient. He even cleaned another room since he was here that I hadn’t asked for when I booked! He was careful of the woodwork. I am hoping the family room carpet bumps will go down as it dries!

After hearing about Zerorez of Minnesota on KSTP TV and KTIS FM and seeing one of their service vehicles at a nearby residential building, we visited their website, learned about their services, prices and satisfied customers and were able to schedule a convenient day and time for carpet and upholstery cleaning. We then received a reminder email message with helpful prep information and a call 30 minutes before Xavier arrived. He was prompt, professional, careful and thorough and did a great job. Our payment receipt also contained helpful follow-up reminders. A neighbor saw the Zerorez service vehicle and asked if we were satisfied - they plan to schedule Zerorez service, too!

I’m very please with the service I received from Zerorez. This was the first time I’ve had my carpets professionally cleaned and I’m so happy I did! The customer service was great from start to finish. And my carpets look so great with no harsh chemical smell.

2 guys came out to clean my HVAC / duct system. Very courteous, competent and knowledgeable. One guys seemed to do most of the work but they finished in under 2 hours. I knew it wasn’t the cheapest option at $600 but worth it to get the right people that know what they’re doing. Also, at the end he showed me some before/after pictures and video which was very insightful. It was also nice they had a cover for the door where the vacuum tube was routed.

My family didn't understand why I was paying to get our new carpets (not new, 2019.) cleaned... I told them they would understand after it's done.
They can't believe how great they look! Alex was awesome and did a great job explaining the process and teaching us how to make sure our carpet continues to look great!

Wonderful experience this morning with Zerorez. Daryl T was our tech and he was right on time and explained everything prior to start and was thorough making sure everything was at a very high standard. As a pregnant mama I am thrilled and so thankful for his work! I definitely recommend him to anyone in the twin cities.

I would not recommend this company. I had a living room that had no stains just dusty and a little dirty from 4 years of use since e got our carpet and it looks the exact same. I also had my stairs cleaned and had pointed out about a smash 2 in pop stain that I was wanted removed. That also did not cleaned.i was able to remove the stain myself when the technician left with a little elbow grease. The technician was very friendly but he was in my house for a total of 28 minutes. And how fast he went over my to arena was very surprising. It takes me longer to vacuum those 2 areas then it did for him to clean them.

I tried zerorez for the first time because I've heard great reviews and after my experience I'm incredibly disappointed and would not recommend paying the money to this company

I trust the company, it's established and known around the country. And the 2 service techs who came out were very thorough, very respectful and did a great job. They came early for the job done fast and got the furnace the ducts cleaned and installed a permanent filter and UV light to help with allergens in the air. I'd definitely recommend!

Have used Zerorez for years, always did a good job. This time the tech didn’t get a wine stain out, which was understandable. But he also didn’t clean an area near a door we seldom open, and when I moved the artificial plant to open the door all the carpet by the baseboard areas were stained and hadn’t been touched, or were left uncleaned and soaked.
There was a dark line in the middle of the staircase which didn’t become noticeable until later- where the hose had laid.
So disappointing, and Zerorez wouldn’t come and look at the job as a month had passed.

Zerorez did an excellent job! Caelin called first, arrived 20 minutes later on time and explained everything to us first, before he began cleaning. He was very polite and asked us questions before he began. He cleaned our old stairs carpet and made it look almost new again-love it! Also offered a protection package which I gladly accepted. The process was very thorough and Caelin did a great job with all clean up. I would recommend Zerorez AND Caelin to others. Thanks.

I ask for our technician Jake by name whenever I call Zerorez to clean our carpets. He is just amazing!! He gets the carpets so clean and is very friendly. You can tell he loves his job and customers. Highly recommend him! Zerorez has a great carpet cleaning system- we have worked with the one in Virginia and Minnesota and always cleans really well.

Our technician, Mark K, was great! Very friendly and communicative. We started by reviewing the carpet and pinpointing stains, as well as the cause of the stains. He explained the process very clearly. He finished our basement and stairs so fast! The carpet looks like new!!
