John and Brad removed a rotting birch tree, an overgrown mulberry tree, and pruned the branches touching our garages roofs. They did a fantastic job. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and fast! They also worked with me and my budget, which is extremely helpful and appreciated Thank you so much, John and Brad! I appreciate your help. These guys are pros; I can't recommend them highly enough. Good communication, competitive quote (I called 5 others), and the crew is a well oiled machine. Took out full elm tree in tight quarters (power lines included) in a couple hours. Cleaned up debris well. Very good experience working with them.

Jon did a great job for us. We had a tree branch overhanging a neighbor's house, and the branch was damaged and appeared in danger of falling. Jon took care of it for us VERY quickly, and at a price that we thought was very reasonable. We recommend this company and will use them again whenever we have a need.

Contacted Primary Tree Service to have three tall trees in our backyard removed. One was in a tight spot next to a shed, and the other two came close to a power line at their peaks. John was quick to communicate, and he came on site to check out the project on the same day I called. They were able to come out for removal within the same week. John and Brad had the trees removed and the area cleaned up within a couple hours. Highly recommend.

We recently lost a prized tree in the latest storm (5/11) that took out our fence and blocked a city street. Primary Tree Service responding immediately and was able to remove the tree and stump ASAP and did so with urgency and professionalism. They are competitively priced and top notch to work with. Primary Tree Service- Jon Larson and crew did an excellent job of trimming three of my tree branches. They were careful to not damage my flower garden and cleaned up all of the branches. They were friendly, professional, and did the work for a great price. I strongly recommend them!

Had multiple dead branches hanging over my driveway causing issues with the cars parked below. Jack was able to come out the same day for an estimate and two days later came and cut the branches. Unbeatable turnaround time and the best value compared to other places I called. Will absolutely be using him again.

Clear discussion of scope, ie they'd cut the trunk as low as possible and remove debris, but stump removal was my responsibility (for that price; they likely offer that service, I didn't ask as it wasn't needed). My cleaning expert, Nick, arrived on time, we did a walk through to discuss goals & he worked very hard & efficiently! Nick did an excellent & thorough job!!! It looks (and smells) so fresh & clean!!! I am a happy customer!!!

Before beginning, the service providers carefully listened and then explained what they would do given what we needed. They offered additional treatment options, but did not pressure sell. This was a training situation and I appreciated how respectful the trainer and trainee were toward each other. Emily and Joe did a beautiful job of cleaning up some high traffic areas. We are very pleased!
