I was so impressed with Jack! It is so hard to find a person who will show up when they say they will and do what they say they will do. He is honest, reliable and a master of his craft. I would call Primary Tree Service again without hesitation.

Had a tree blow over in my yard due to storms in the area. Primary was quick to answer my call and they were able to take away the tree that same day. They were fast & efficient so I would highly recommend them if you're looking for tree care services around St Louis Park!

Had a tall dead pine tree (60+ ft) in a bad location cornered with power lines and other trees. Was lowest bid of 3 by quite a bit, came when he said he would, carefully took down pine, protected my lawn from the drop and cleaned up everything like they weren't even here. Will be my first call for tree trimming.

Excellent. City inspection for selling my house brought up some tree issues and Primary Tree Service was able to solve it for me really quickly. Jon was a pleasure to work with. I have nothing bad to say about these guys

Had a huge tree branch fall out of a tree from a storm. Got an estimate almost immediately (cheaper than the others), and same day cut up and removal. Excellent communication, professional and made the yard spotless when they left! Would definitely do business with again!

I've had my trees trimmed several times.first time I've used Primary. Jack came out gave me a quote . Reasonably priced.. Trimmed them all down and also discovered some of the trees had put holes in my window screens. After he he trimmed them them all down, he cleaned up a huge mess. Thrilled with the work, will call him again.

Reasonably priced and what matters is professional manner in which they did the job including great clean up. Nice crew, good communication. It's nice to have this quality so next time i need tree service I don't have to call around. I make on call. Done

We had a couple of trees obscuring our view of the lake. Primary gave us the best bid by far. Jack from Primary, came out and completed the job. Even offered to take out several other branches from trees damaged by wind - no extra charge! Great clean up. And, it was fun watching him scale the trees in that amazing climbing gear. Will use Primary again.

Very impressed with Jack (the owner’s) professionalism and passion for trees. We had some non-traditional requests with our pruning and removal and he was more than willing to work with us, while also emphasizing the health of our trees. It is very evident that he’s a hard worker and takes pride in his business.

Primary Tree Service removed a large tree from my back yard. They did a great job. They were quick and professional. They did a great cleaning up and did not harm my back yard. I will use them again and highly recommend.

Jack came out and gave us an estimate on Tuesday, then was able to trim our trees on Wednesday. He was very thorough in explaining what each tree needed and listed a couple of recommendations for an action plan. Completed the work in 1 day, along with cleaning up some other tree limbs that had blown down in recent storms. Very prompt and courteous, definitely will use his services again in the future.

Jack was very responsive, he came out the same day I reached out to give an estimate. Then returned a few days later to remove the tree in a timely fashion. The whole work crew was very nice and knowledgeable.

Jack came on a Monday to give me a estimate and came on Saturday and removed Maple tree from my front yard. They did a fabulous cleanup when finished. I also had the stump removed and many roots as well, again cleanup was fabulous.
I highly recommend them.

Jon and the crew did a great job of taking down two trees in our backyard using a very large crane. They were very quick and amazing to watch in action. I would definitely recommend them.

Working with Primary Tree Service was fantastic. They were able to get out same-day to survey the trees and provide an estimate, and also gave thoughts on a few other trees I hadn't considered yet. They were flexible in scheduling and took care of a few small tree removals and one larger tree trim very quickly and cleanly! Will absolutely be using again.

Jack was professional and caring from start to finish. He promptly answered our first call and came over with a detailed description of the work and price. I was immediately impressed with his demeanor and candor and hired him on the spot after having reviewed other quotes.

He followed up within the time frame he gave me and showed up on time with an expert crew. Within a short period of time they had a large tree down which was in a difficult position between two houses on a city block. No damage was done and all of the tree debris was removed very very well.
Jack is coming back to do a large trimming project for me this summer and I would very happily give the highest recommendation for Jack and his business.
