Edson is always quick to respond when I need a fast turn around to clean my rental units. Sometimes I have only 1 day to turn around a rental property for the next tenant and he will fit me into his schedule. He and his team are always courteous and respectful, keeping me posted on their ETA and taking care to keep things spotless before their departure. He is also more than willing to accommodate any special requests with cleaning materials for chemical sensitivities and uses superior equipment to get a good clean! I highly recommend.

Very unprofessional. On the day of first cleaning, at first did not show up, when called changed the time window (stating it was the window agreed, when it was not the case). Repeated calls without answer, frustrating to say the least.

I had a bad experience initially due to a miscommunication. However the owner offered to fix the initial mistake. When the maids came, they recleaned our entire house. Above and beyond. I will definitely give them another shot, and likely increase to five stars.

Ecomaids is really wonderful. Here's why:

1. They consistently did a great job! While I know they tried to keep me with the same team, that wasn't always possible due to scheduling. However, I was always happy with the job they did. The house looked beautiful, and it was super eco-friendly. There were no chemical fumes or perfume residues. Just nice and clean! They always came on-time. And, they were consistent! I've had some good cleaning from other services, but over time they weren't consistent. Ecomaids is great, every time.

2. They are friendly: everyone from the administrative staff and the owner to the individual cleaners that came to my house were kind and friendly! This was important to me; I like to like the people that I let in my house. Furthermore, I was home, recovering from surgery, and I appreciated their kindness.

3. They are flexible! With ecomaids, you can customize various levels of service to fit your budgets and your needs. You're not locked into any particular sequence of services, and you can add on things a la carte, as needed. Other cleaners wouldn't help me with that flexibility, so I really appreciate it.
