We hired Mr. Handyman to replace some broken windows glass. They did a good job at a reasonable rate and also helped us procure a pane when we were missing a piece.

I had Mr Handyman out to install a new replacement motion activated outdoor light and to replace the sill/threshold on the front door. This was my third time using them and even though I called them back for a couple of adjustments, they were professional and responsive and addressed all of my concerns in a timely manner. Everything completed and looks great! Have recommended to others.

We had a great experience for a good rate and highly recommend. Renae (office) was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive/communicative throughout the project. Mike (technician) was timely, efficient, did great work, and kept everything tidy. We are very happy we hired them and will definitely do so again.

I called Mr. Handyman to have a side sprayer installed on the kitchen sink in my new (to me) condo. After assessing the situation, Kent informed me that it could not be installed, and showed me exactly why. He told me what I would need to get and what I could expect when calling back for additional service, and he tightened my existing faucet. I was disappointed, but fully satisfied with the explanation provided. I bought a new faucet set including the sprayer, and called Mr. Handyman back for installation. I requested Kent, since he had already seen my kitchen, but about a half hour before his scheduled time, I received a call that he was running late, so they sent Rusty. Rusty took everything apart and before he completed the installation, he informed me that he *may* need to leave to buy a needed part, but he was going to check his van first. He had the needed part in his van, and had the installation completed pretty quickly. Because the second appointment was connected to the first, Mr. Handyman waived part of the fee, which was not expected, but much appreciated. Both Kent and Rusty were quick, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Mr. Handyman, and plan to call on them in the future if I have any additional odd jobs that need to be done that are outside of my skill set.

The person that came was very efficient. I needed a ceiling fan repaired after it fell. He made a trip to Home Depot and put it up in about 1.5 hours. He was great!

Mike arrived exactly on time, was great at making suggestions and overall did an awesome job painting, installing a new mirror and towel bars. He gave me really good input on other potential projects. Definitely a very satisfied customer!

Met with a Guy at my home about a porch/deck remodel project... and was promptly ghosted. A follow-up call to the main office yielded an empty promise to get things moving. After three weeks of lost time, I went elsewhere. I suggest you do, too.

Mike understood the locations I needed the grab bars installed. From his experience they were installed correctly were there was studding. I was extremely pleased with his work.

I've been working with this company for about a year & it's been a pleasure working with them on every project so far. No wasted time trying to figure out how to get the work done. They know how to do it and they do it efficiently and the work is solid. So far I've had stairs to a space with boiler/water heater reinforced and a front door added where there was no door. He did such nice work there that I'm scheduling having the garage access door and threshold replaced, as well as some work to access the crawlspace. I'd highly recommend this Mr. Handyman location!

I got an appointment very quickly and the Handyman was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He finished most of the work within two hours. I do find the prices rather high for the sort of work that is not "fancy." Also my Handyman brought one piece that was the wrong size and doesn't appear to be planning to fix that. As is typical of such jobs, all the leftover materials were left behind for me to take care of (and pay for). Also left a bit of a mess, but I'd rather clean that myself than pay the hourly wage for them to clean it.

The agent Mike Swenson arrived perhaps 15 minutes early for the 8:00 A.M. appointment but waited in his truck so as not to disturb me. When he came in he surveyed the work I needed done and then planned out the solution so he did it very efficiently. He had them done in about an hour including a trip to get materials. He conscientiously did some sawing in his truck to avoid leaving a mess in my house. He let me watch his work and learn from it. I give him an A-plus!

WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE TO SAY THE LEAST. PAID MORE THAN HALF A MONTH IN ADVANCE, DAY OF THEY HAD NOTHING READY. 5 GUYS SHOWED UP TO DEMO THE NEXT DAY WAS 3 THEN 2 THEN JUST 1. WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE A WEEK TURNED INTO 2 BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT PREPARED. WRONG STAIN, GUY WHO STARTED STAINING STOPPED AND LEFT AFTER DOING HALF A DOOR. DOORS HAD TO BE SANDED AND RESTAINED. WRONG PAINT, TERRIBLE CARPENTRY SKILLS. THEY SPENT ALMOST AS MUCH TIME GOING BACK AND "FIXING" AND REDOING THEIR WORK THAN ACTUAL QUALITY WORK. CALLED OWNER DAVE AND HE SAID WELL "THIS WASN'T OUR BEST WORK" AND THEN WANTED TO BLAME US BECAUSE AFTER SAYING YES TO HIS SUGGESTION OF GOING WITH A DIFFERENT CASING. THEIR WORKER JOSH COMPLAINED ABOUT DAVE AND HIS LACK OR ORGANIZATION BUT HE WAS A LAZY WORKER TAKING SHORTCUTS NOT USING PAINTERS TAPE OR TARPS-WHICH LEFT GREY PAINT SPOT ALL OVER OUR HARDWOOD FLOORS. THE CLEAN UP HE DID WAS THE BARE MINIMUM. PAID TO HAVE ALL NEW CEILING TILES PUT IN FOR A DROP IN CEILING, SAW THE BOXES OF NEW TILES, BUT ONLY A COUPLE WERE USED. OUR OLD CEILING TILES WERE PUT BACK UP AND THE NEW PAID TILES WERE TAKEN AWAY. (OLD TILES HAD PAINT ON THEM PAINT IS STILL THERE) THE ENTIRE TEAM SEEMED TO BE WILLING TO DO THE BARE MINIMUM WITH EVERYTHING.

Mike did a great job! He was professional and on time and completed several tasks for me. He replaced a bathroom faucet and light fixture, then hung up a large TV on a TV mount, plus put up another TV mount and hung the TV. I'm very happy with his work!

Used to have a great working relationship with this company but they have become super unresponsive via text, phone, and email. Cannot recommend as you want to hire someone who will actually get back to you.
