Brett came out to fix a plugged main drain that flooded my laundry room. Not only was Cutting Edge the only company that could get to me in a timely manner, but he was able to arrive earlier than the estimated time window. He was very polite, professional, and got the problem taken care of very quickly. Highly recommend for anyone in need!

Brett was super professional, on time and very personable. Would recommend them again. Showed me step by step process of what he was doing and why. Put the camera threw the pipe to see if there was any concerns with the pipes going out to the street since it had never been done. Explained the difference of water jetting versus snaking. Then did the water jet a few times through to make sure he got it all. There is a one year warranty on it so if I have backup issues again within the next year it's free to have them come out. All of his equipment had liner and he had shoe liners on to wear through my house. Clean efficient and my backup is gone!!!

Their website also has cupons listed so when you are ready to pay they take in account that coupon as long as you tell them and show them.

I had a great experience with Cutting Edge Sewer & Drain. After calling several other drain service companies, I was so pleased from the very beginning with the person on the phone. I was reassured that my problem would be resolved. Other places told me they could “try” to open my frozen drain that takes all the water away from my house, and even if it wasn’t successful I’d still have to pay for the time they spent! No thank you! And when the technician and his assistant came they took care of my problem very quickly. I was also told what to do to keep it from freezing up again and to call if I have any problems or questions. Next time I have an issue, Cutting Edge Sewer and Drain will be the FIRST place I call.

Cannot say enough good things about the responsiveness, professionalism and all around quality experience with the team at Cutting Edge Sewer. Our home main cast iron sewer line had a tree root blockage that showed up in the form of basement floor drains overflowing last night when washing clothes. Left a voicemail with Cutting Edge Sewer at 5:35 AM this morning. At 6:54AM Joe (owner) sent me a text message to schedule a service tech between 10AM and 2PM. At 8:42AM Brett (service tech) called me and said he would be at house by 9:30AM. Blockage cleared and truck loaded up by 10:38AM same day! No joke! Brett was great and we honestly could not have asked for more. We will certainly be a repeat customer and want this recommendation to speak for itself to anyone who is in need of a reputable, stand-up, family run, local sewer business in the Twin Cities.

They were able to come out the same day and clean out my main line. Brett was very professional and explained everything really well. We opted to have the main line jetted and Brett showed us the video and explained everything we were looking at. I will call them in the future if needed.

Our construction company hired Joe come to pinpoint the clog underneath the foundation. Joe did not hesitate to answer texts and calls, and he even came back to help us. He took the shovel and started helping us find the clog which was within a foot of his mark in the direction that we did not dig.
