Brett offered to show up an hour before our scheduled window. He was very thorough in the job. Although it took much longer than he anticipated, he stayed until everything was corrected and addressed all of our concerns. He explained step-by-step what the issues were and kept me informed along the way. I would definitely use them again.

I was referred to Cutting Edge Sewer and got an appointment quickly for the sewer clean out. Brett arrived well within the service window. He was thorough with his assessment of the problem and walked me through my options. After he was done with the work, he shared with me some options for the future, and recommendations on maintenance. No pressure, good information.

Brett provided great service and did some extra camera looking into my sewer pipes and told me everything looked good and I didn't need to worry about that. Very honest. A dishonest person would have "scared" me into doing more work that wasn't necessary. Definitely call Brett at Cutting Edge Sewer if you have backed up drains!

Toilet grugling-conducted video of main lines to confirm no blockage or broken pipes. Provided all options to consider but did not push to do any service that was not needed. Very much appreciated! Made recommendations for what to look for in spring if noise continues or comes back. Otherwise, just recommended having the pipes checked again in 2-3 years.

We had our main drain cleared promptly and reasonably by Cutting Edge Sewer and Drain several months ago. We then had a backed up kitchen sink that they cleared. Brett was excellent. He explained options and found solutions quickly and with care. He even fixed an issue with a separate drain cover, charging only for the cover’s cost. I will definitely be using CES&D for our future plumbing needs!
