I was able to get same-day service. The employee sent to clean the drains faced a challenging job, and worked long and hard at it. He also did a better job than a competitor cleaning a tub drain that was inadequately cleaned two months previously.

The clog happened late yesterday and they were able to come out around 10. Had it all sorted in about 15-20 minutes. Price was much better than my usual folks at $249. Works like a charm!

The guys fit us in late in the day, spent an hour to diagnose the reason for our floor drain backup and then promptly went at it. Before hand they also explained the possible scenarios and costs involved so no surprises and it turned out well. Trust them, they know what they are doing.

although Brad was unable to unclog our drain immediately, he gave us suggestions to allocate the situation and told us he would come back once the pipes were thawed . He was very empathetic and really tried everything to solve the issue. Even though he was very busy, he took the time to help us understand just what was causing our problem and things that may occur in the next few days to watch for.

Two representatives came to my Mom's condo when her garbage disposal stopped working. They told her it would $500 to repair but they reccomended a replacement which cost $1000. She didn't think this sounded right so instead she called my brother in law. He took a wrench and literally gave it two twists and it was fixed. That was all it needed. This company completely tried to take advantage of my Mom because she seemed like an easy target. Total ripoff, total jerks.
