Cyrus replaced an old leaking facet in my utility room with a new one. He arrived on time and was as friendly and professional as the last time he worked in my house, when he replaced the hot water heater. He identified several options for fixing the problem. He told me the cost for each and explained the pros and cons of each approach. That allowed me to choose the best option for my budget. I also appreciated how careful Cyrus was working in my house. He's done several jobs for me and the quality of his work is consistently excellent. That's why he's always my first choice when I need a plumber.

I’ve been using Mr Plumbing for years now for my remodels and couldn’t be more satisfied with my experiences. Cyrus is very knowledgeable and really cares about my projects. He’s easy to work with and a great part of my business. I refer him to everyone I can. From a simple new faucet to breaking up concrete for a basement bathroom, Cyrus is the guy!

We had a garage disposal/ drain problem which was causing some bad smell. Cyrus the technician came and rightly diagnosed the issue and provided the solution. Drain is now working so very well. Bad smell is no more, garbage disposal is was replaced with a more efficient one to suit our family size all to the credit of a wonderful technician Mr. Cyrus. I recommend this company and Mr. Cyrus to all who experience plumbing problems and need help the right help.

Honestly, I do not write reviews ever but, I have to give credit where it is due and put others on to the great service that we always receive from Cyrus. He has provided exceptional service for both my home plumbing needs and our place of business. Any issues we have he is available, professional, super knowledgeable and kind. This level of service is hard to find and it’s much appreciated. He has changed faucets in my home, installed water heaters, fixed leaks, replaced old pipes, the list goes on and on! He’s always the first person we call when we have questions or concerns with ANYTHING plumbing! We will be loyal customers for life. Thanks Cyrus!

I want to start by saying we had Hero come out for our main sewer line multiple times over the last 2 years…including a 20K main sewer line replacement in the summer of 23. Suffice to say, we are still having backups on our main sewer line, and after having Hero out multiple times to “fix” it, we grew tired of their “solutions”.

Enter Cyrus. I had read reviews about Cyrus, and the work he did and the honesty he shared with all his customers, I was a skeptic, can you blame me? (Don’t answer that) Cyrus not only asked questions about what Hero had did from every angle possible to better understand what might be happening, he consistently apologized for the situation I was in and showed real empathy towards our situation…that’s never happened before. Then he went to work. He kept me informed the entire time, sharing what his thoughts were, NEVER trying to sell me anything. In fact, he informed me of an idea that I could do myself that would keep me from having to see him again…that’s also never happened before. After a couple hours, Cyrus was done, and not only charged me only 1/3 of what Hero wanted for the same job, but tried to give me a tool or two to use for free in the future..I declined, and thanked him profusely.

If you’re on the fence about Cyrus and the work he does, RECONSIDER! This will be our household plumber moving forward from now on. Thank you to Cyrus, his wonderful and understanding receptionist, and the work they did for us all while staying genuine and professional. You have a return customer here!

Cyrus came out and assessed my water softener recently. He was very kind and made sure to tell me my options while not pressuring me to go with their company (which, of course, I did). We scheduled a time for him to come back for the installation and he and the team arrived promptly and everything looks great! (And is now working great, thank goodness!) He also made sure to explain the new system to us, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. All in all a very smooth transaction. Thank you so much!

I needed a plumber to work with the city to obtain a permit for work that was already done (my grandparents' house, now passed). Cyrus told me the permit costs $190 and the time would be $196. Seemed high, but ok, whatever, I needed it done.

When I talked to the city, the cost for the permit was only $81. When I asked Cyrus about it, he said that's a standard fee for all permits, no matter the price. Feels wrong.

This company overcharges as part of their business model, and I suggest you go elsewhere for fairer pricing.

Cyrus was a pleasure to work with. I had an outdoor spigot that needed a replacement and he was fast, knowledgeable and transparent about what he was doing. Was he the cheapest? Nope. But he didn't cost the most either. In the end I was happy with the work they did and not upset about the price they charged. I will call them back agin.

Use these folks! Clint was incredibly helpful! He solved our clogged main swiftly and gave easy to understand advice for how to keep it clear in the future without any pressure for more service and cost. His price was reasonable and his work is trustworthy.

We used Loch Monster for what we thought was an easy swop out of a couple faucets. As Chad got to work he found more issues from a do it yourself homeowner before us. He was very patient and professional with each problem he uncovered. Loch Monster is an excellent company to work with and make sure to ask for Chad!

My property owner called Loch Monster and they called me within the same morning and scheduled to come out in one hour from phone call. Clint arrived to save the day. We had a faucet leak (ants included) and he quickly assisted with the repair and left us with a beautiful new faucet and no leak! Thank you for your quick service!
