Highview did a great job replacing our sewer line, inspected the line before giving a quote, insisted on making the repair the right way, and cleaned up the yard better than I ever expected. Highly recommended for sewer repair work.

New sump pump installed slightly over 1 year ago failed and entire basement was flooded as a result. Since slightly over 1 year, Highview Plumbing takes zero responsibility and was actually quite rude about it. It appears they installed a pump not suitable or strong enough to handle a standard home in Golden Valley - something their “experience” should have covered.

Regardless, a completely flooded basement and absolutely no concern for the results of their shoddy work. They wouldn’t send anyone out to look at the problem, wouldn’t offer solutions, and didn’t seem to care knowing that the 1-year mark had passed. A lesson in poor customer service learned the hard way

Hire Highview with caution and double check everything they say and do to make sure you don’t have this kind of nightmare.

The Highview Plumbing crew replaced my sewer today, they are like a 'well oiled' machine! I'm surprised my lawn looks as good as before they dug it up! They are 'top notch' in my opinion!

Fantastic experience - would definitely use again (they replaced a portion of our main sewer line to the street). I vetted the product they were using, compared pricing to several competitors, but where they really shone was in their final execution. Very professional, well ahead of schedule, and left the yard looking like it had hardly been touched (I was expecting significant landscaping work to repair).

The Highview team came out and gave a competitive bid for some repairs to the sewer line at my Golden Valley home. They repaired everything very professional, leaving almost no trace. They were personal as you’d expect from a local family owned business. They went above and over delivered for me and after talking with them, that’s just how they do business. Working with the guys and Highview was easy, they returned calls/emails promptly. They showed up sooner than I expected which was also a plus. I had mainline sewer issues for years and had another company try fixing the mainline once and they made it worse. Highview took a no-BS approach to fixing the problem, they ended up replacing almost the entire mainline sewer pipe. Their cost was on the high side of their estimate because they had to replace a bit more than we were hoping for. In the end, they were still way more reasonable in price than other bids I've gotten over the years, some of which were more than twice as much! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Highview.

I had an incredible experience with Highview Plumbing. We were dealt an unexpected headache, thinking our sewer main needed to be repaired. Ultimately they saved me a lot of time and money and made what had appeared to be a really complicated situation and greatly simplified it.

Highview was so great to work with and they explained the whole process. We needed a portion of our main sewer line replaced, a pretty big project. Another company was trying to charge us over double what Highview quoted us and were not even going to provide the same service.

I cannot recommend Highview Plumbing highly enough! My first contact with them was with Susie - she answered the phone after only 3 rings, and not just the first time, but every time! I had 5 breaks in my underground sewer pipes, both outside and inside my foundation walls. Kyle, Kevin, and their crew excavated outside, and broke up my basement floor in 3 places to repair these breaks. After filling the holes and patching the concrete, they left my home and property so clean, that it was like they were never there! From start to finish, my experience with Highview was excellent. Their courtesy and professionalism was remarkable, and their pricing was very reasonable, considering the scope of the work. Thanks to Highview for making a difficult situation seem easy!

We returned from a vacation to find that the water pressure in our home was down significantly from normal. We worked with the St Louis Park Water Department (5 stars for them as well) to determine the cause was a leak in the 64 year old copper water line between our house and the stop box in our yard. The plumber we use for day to day needs recommended Highview Plumbing. Highview was also on the list the city has vetted. We got several bids for the work. Highview was right in the middle between the cheapest and the highest and we were the most comfortable with them by a long shot. They answered all of our questions and communicated very clearly and responded promptly to our requests. We discovered the leak on a Friday and the project was completed the next Wednesday. Other than the bare dirt where the hole was dug in our yard (and the water pressure being back to normal) you wouldn't know they had even been here. I can't imagine how the project could have gone better. The crew were all extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with. The office staff was efficient and also a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend Highview Plumbing highly enough.

We could not be more thankful for this company for coming last minute and fixing the clog in our sewer line. Excellent in every way! Called several places and Ken’s was the only one to get back to me. On top of that, they did so very promptly - within a few hours! They were able to get someone to our house same day and were clear communicators through the whole process. Walt arrived on time, and was professional, efficient, friendly, & neat.
