I called Dan at 8pm, I told him my main was clogged. He acted on it immediately. Diego arrived the next morning. cleared the clog, and beyond. Hard worker, he diligently performed an excellent job. They were knowledgeable, courteous, reasonable, and a pleasure to do business with. I, without question, recommend Ken's Sewer Service!

I had a main drain back up and called Ken's right away the next morning. They had someone at my house within 4 hours and he was open honest and extremely clean, careful and took care of my issue quickly and for less then I was expecting to pay. He explained the situation to me clearly and what steps might come next without making me feel stupid or talked down to. As a single woman, these things can easily happen and we can get taken advantage of because some contractors think we don't know anything. Well I will ABSOLUTLEY use Ken's again and recommend them to ANYONE including us women doing it alone. I know they offer other services and after this experience I will consider using them for those services as well. WELL DONE Ken's!!

Diego was very professional, and did a marvelous job. $390 was more than I expected to pay, but then I'm not current about pricing of sewer line cleaning. I only called Ken's because I was happy with them in the past. I will call them for annual cleaning.

Absolutely horrendous. I had an emergency backup from my main drain. Ken's came out and ended up getting their cable stuck in my drain. I thought they were coming back to get the cable out and complete the job. Instead, they had me sign a paper saying I am responsible for their cable and charged me $325. They never came back and instead send a different sewer guy from "Brothers Underground" to get their cable out and scope the line. The thing is, they were going to charge me $1200!
Meanwhile, the sewer with the cable stuck in it and the cap off exploded, sending a river of sewage across my new laminate floor. When I asked Ken's to come out and help, they said they were done with my job and "didn't have anyone" to come out to fix their problem.
I then called Ron the Sewer Rat (highly recommend!!!), and they pulled out the cable immediately with one hand (...) and charged me only $500 to clear the line.
I suspect Brothers Underground and Ken's have done this to other customers, so BEWARE! I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and I am seeking a refund from Ken's.
DO NOT USE KEN'S!

Jarrod did such a thorough job trying to diagnose our water heater issue all while educating me on what was happening and our options. He went above and beyond. Pricing was more than fair. Would highly recommend Bedrock to family and friends.

Bedrock Plumbing did all the right things. They completed the job in a timely manner, pricing was fair, quality of work was excellent, arrived on time and everything went smoothly! I highly recommend Bedrock plumbing and drain. They completed a tub install and brought everything to code along with adjusting the heat on the faucet.

Super happy with Bedrock. Called on a Sunday AM and someone was out with in an hour. Their quickness and solution saved me a HUGE disaster. Definitely recommend.

Bedrock Plumbing installed a sink in my commercial building. Another plumber had quotoed us $20k for the same project, but they were able to do it for SIGNIFICANTLY less! They were professional, fast and great to work with. Highly recommend!

We had such a great experience with this company. I wanted to go with someone more local than the bigger companies. Nobody wants to experience a hot water heater going out right before Christmas but they were able to come asap, diagnose and replace our water heater in time to not ruin our holiday plans. They were very upfront about costs and we signed up for their membership. Can’t thank them enough!

Great experience with these guys. Needed a Phyn installed and these guys were the only ones who got back to me. Because of their experience with the type of install, walked me through what to expect and an immediate quote with options. Installation quality and setup walkthrough by Jarrod was fantastic. Moreover, he helped fix another unrelated issue with our water heater - which was such an immediate value to us. Compared to other plumbing groups - I had a very positive experience with Bedrock.

Jaden was amazing - he solved our problem super quick and was incredibly helpful. He even took the time to teach us about why the problem happened, how to prevent it in the future, and other information about plumbing in general.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday - we called four "major" plumbers (thinking they would be able to get out to us since they say 24/7) but none of them could. The next number was Bedrock. Corey was able to get to us in an hour. He had a very reasonable Saturday trip uncharge. He got the leak fixed in 45 min. Great personality, honest, didn't try to do anything other than what needed to be done, explained things and worked clean. 100 will be using him on our next project.

We contacted them about their Plumbing Maintenance plan and scheduled the initial consultation. Their communication was great and the technician arrived within the scheduled window. He explained what he was going to be doing and got to work checking in as needed with questions. They did a very thorough examination of all the plumbing in our home leaving us with recommendations for the minor things that needed to be addressed. Looking forward to working with them for a long time! - Update: came today to fix one of the minor things they identified the last visit. Went great!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Corey and Bedrock plumbing!. I had several plumbers out over the years trying to diagnose low water pressure and other issues with no resolution. Corey came in and knew exactly what to do. He thoroughly explained what he thought the issues were and his proposed solutions. He then got right out and made it happen and for the first time, our water all works as it should!! I highly recommend this company!!

Absolutely phenomenal. Had an emergency at 7pm on a Friday and they were there within an hour. Robert was fantastic, explained everything and was a delight to talk with. 10/10

One of our pipes had a pinhole leak in it, and bedrock sent out a plumber, Jaden. He was very friendly and time efficient (this was at about 10:30pm so we were very appreciative of that fact.) We talked a good amount while he was here and he kept me posted on progress while he worked. This kind of worker is exactly the kind of worker i am looking for while getting work done on my home!

I just signed up for a membership with Bedrock plumbing and I’m so impressed so far! Jarrod came over and walked me through all the plumbing in my home - current status, potential issues. He was thorough and transparent with everything he reviewed and there was no “sale-sy” vibe. Highly recommend!
