Wow! When Angie and Chris arrived I knew I would be taken care of. They got right to work and did a good job of explaining what they were doing. Chris was able to find my leak on the first try after doing some investigation and measuring to find the potential problem area, genius. He already suspected it was a nail that went through my water line, he was right! He was able to repair quickly so my house is back up and running again, no more dripping water.. Everything was cleaned up and back in order. I will definitely recommend their service to my friends!! Thank you!!

Called Ken’s for a clogged drain not expecting same-day service but they had a plumber over to my home within 2 hours. Jason was great and was able to solve the problem and answer questions all within an hour or so. Excellent service and pricing. We will definitely call Ken’s sewer service again when needed. Chris and Angie were amazing. They were able to fit me in on super short notice. Great communication, arrived early, and did a very professional job. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again for any future plumbing needs.

My drain backed up and flooded my basement. They were available on a Friday, after 5pm, on short notice! Rubin was the tech that came through, and he was very knowledgeable and gave lots of advice and was very friendly. He explained what he was doing and walked me through everything. Great service, quick and reliable. If I have issues again - which hopefully i don't, I will be using them again! I would highly recommend!

Ken's Sewer Service was so easy to work with! They were very prompt getting back to us and getting us scheduled right away. They were in communication the whole time and when they needed a different part they were very quick to go get it and come back to complete the repair. Would happily do business with again and highly recommend!

I got a same day appointment because I had some flexibility today. Showed up and promptly got to work cleaning our floor drain. Done in about 1/2 hour. He answered my questions and made suggestions for preventing major backups. I thought the price was well worth the service and professionalism.

From when I called to when the plumber left they were great. We had a sewer back so we needed someone right away and of course on a Sunday. When I called they were very reassuring and said they take care it. They got someone out right away. He kept us informed of every step he had to take. I felt the price was reasonable for what had to be done and on a Sunday. Ken’s Sewer Service saved our day.

I've had Ken's out to my house for service twice. The most recent was a last minute back up in main sewer line. Ken, and the other plumbers who've worked here, have done great work. The charges were fair (not cheap but fair), with good recommendations for follow up. I highly recommend them. And you get a cool refrigerator magnet!

After discovering a backup at our sewer line and water on the floor on a Saturday morning, I called a few places trying to get someone out to get it fixed. Joan at Ken’s was the first one to actually answer the phone and try to schedule us. Amazingly, she was able to get George out to us in an hour. George was so friendly and knowledgeable and was able to fix things right away. Pricing was reasonable- no gouging for a weekend. Amazing to get this kind of service any day, but especially on a weekend. Thank you!

Edited to 1 star. I had to spend money to have someone repair my stairs since the plumber broke one of them. Had to have my main drain cleaned again less than 6 months later. Lived in the same house for years and never had that happen when I've previously had it cleaned.

Giving 3 stars because my problem was fixed in a timely fashion, but should maybe be 2 stars. Would not use again. My main drain was backing up into my laundry room. I went to my local community group on Facebook and saw good reviews for Ken's. I chose them because I would rather support a family owned / small business. It was 9 pm when I inquired online and I had someone respond that night and got set up for following day. That was great service. Tech was waiting for me right at arranged time. When tech was done, the total he gave me was $100 more than I was quoted the night before. Was not expecting that. Then he told me my laundry sink was plugged and I couldn't do laundry or it would overflow. It was not plugged before. He was trying to get me to make an appointment to redo the piping for it. It definitely needs an upgrade, but it was still working prior to this. I also realized after he left that my second step is now loose. I'm assuming from the heavy equipment that he brought down there. It ended up not being a great experience.
