I would like to commend Mike, a technician who recently serviced the plumbing in my residence. His performance was exemplary; he arrived punctually, maintained a tidy work area, and thoroughly addressed all of my inquiries. Consequently, I intend to continue utilizing Loch Ness Plumbing and will enthusiastically recommend their services in the future, largely due to the outstanding professionalism demonstrated by Mike.

Dishwasher was installed but wouldn’t work. After realizing plumber couldn’t resolve issue I several frustrating hours with LG and Lowes. After 3 hrs plumber left. When we couldn’t get hot washer to wash dishes, we realized the problem was that he hadn’t turned the water back on. Dah…then we get $590 bill. Outrageous!

I live in a condo and the condo association called this company after the pipe was fixed by the plumber I called already.. Loch Monster still sent a bill over $600 to my association and they paid it and sent me the bill.. On the bill it states and they admit no work was done by them, even comments how the company I called, did a great job. I called the manager Matt and he agreed to call the association to make it right.. a couple months later I contacted Matt and reminded him what we discussed and he hung up on me. I called back, got his voicemail and I left a message stating that his conduct is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and that I would contact the attorney general, BBC etc. He contacts the condo association complaining about the situation, trying to cause more heartache in my life. I agree at most an afterhours trip fee could have been charged to me, but over $600!? Bad business! I do not recommend this company. Unethical and unprofessional behavior!

I had a wonderful experience with Clint. He was knowledgeable, hardworking, dedicated, and very kind. He stayed until 9 p.m. to get the issue with our plumbing fixed. He needed to come back for another visit but he wanted to get it to a useable place before leaving and I appreciate that so much. I felt very taken care of and that the issue was being fixed, and not just patched.

I have had Loch Monster out to do a number of things over the past two years since moving in to a new house, and they always provide efficient service!

The first things I needed taken care of for the house were a new iron filter and a new water softener, as the ones that were in the house were old and not filtering properly. They came out right away and had them replaced within a couple of days! No issues with my water quality since.

I had a bathroom remodel done and they worked with me to get things done to my satisfaction. I had the toilet replaced, a whole new shower and bath set up, and the sink and faucet replaced. I could not be happier with the way everything turned out! And everything has been running smoothly since.

I also had my water heater quit working in the middle of winter last year, but Loch Monster came out and had it fixed in a day!

Truly exceptional work from a great company! Reasonably priced for the quality work they provide. I will be continuing to use this company for all my plumbing needs.

When is the last time you actually enjoyed a visit from a plumber? Just one step short of your dentist so never, of course! But I just had a very large job (re-lining my underground sewer line) completed by Kyle Swanson's Highview Plumbing and they left a BIG smile on my face. Everyone in the company, both field and office, is highly professional, very thorough and very pleasant to work with. Phone calls are returned promptly, appointments kept to the minute and their advice is sensible and easy to understand. Their work product is absolutely perfect. The job involved a quite large excavation yet their careful restoration of my yard and shrubbery left no sign that they had even been here. Best of all, though, they are such nice people.
