After doing a repair on the boiler heating system the tech left on Friday night 01/24/25 around 8 pm with little to no circulation in the baseboard registers on the 4th floor leaving owners and Tennant's to deal with no heat for the weekend, which could have been a catastrophic freeze out never experienced such negligence by a so called professional outfit

Chris and Joe are both fanstastic to work with. I am an HOA manager and frequently use their plumbing services for several properties. Their response time is impeccable. Most importantly their customer service is wonderful, they work quickly and efficiently to get the job done! It's wonderful that they both follow up so quickly after a job has been completed.

I had a leaking water heater at my rental property and needed it replaced ASAP. I remember my neighbor had used Loch Monster a couple years ago and highly recommended them. They were my first and only call and I was very satisfied. Within 36 hours they had priced, bought, and installed a new water heater for me, including removal of the old one. Fair pricing and very professional. Call these guys first!

We had a unique situation in our new home. There was a mistake made in the build that caused hot water to come through the cold. Loch Monster figured out the complicated issue, fixed it, then came back when I had a separate, unrelated issue. Recommend!

They responded quickly when things could not wait. A water valve suddenly sprang a leak under my sink. I had to keep swapping and emptying bowls everyto catch the water. Jack was here two hours after I called, fixed the leak, even gave me some advice about other issues I'll likely need to address soon. I'll use them again.

Have had 4 seperate visits from Loch Monster for seperate issues, 2 of them emergency calls and the service and knowledge on all 4 visits was awesome, we will use them for every issue we have going forward. They all took the time to explain how everything worked and how to maintain systems. Really appreciate the quality work that Loch Monster does.

Called on a Friday with a broken garbage disposal. They were able to get someone out on Monday. The first man came and was able to get it working, but after he left, it stopped working again. They sent someone else out right away. He fixed it again and then waited around for a bit to see if it stopped working, which it did. He took the disposal apart, determined that there was nothing stuck, and it must just be a faulty disposal (I had it bought it from them about a year ago.) No further questions asked, Jack went to his truck and gave me a new disposal. No charge for the disposal. I always appreciate when companies stand behind their work and products, and Loch Monster did just that. I'm a very satisfied customer.

We had a bunch of work done at our home on Wednesday 10-16-24. My wife and I are very happy with the results. Jack worked his tail off to get things done right, with little break. LITERALLY THE BEST! I had Clint come out and work on my sink that was leaking. This guy knew everything. From the model of my sink faucet to the copper plumbing and most of all just what the problem was. He replaced everything and explained to me how it worked so I could possibly prevent issues in the future. He said he loved working for Loch because they care about their employees. He was an honest hardworking guy. And I will recommend him/Loch to anyone. I live in a condo building and my association relies on them. No job too big. Including when a 3000 pound pipe is about to come unhinged. Clint stays cool even in situations where you would expect someone to get overwhelmed. Even after spending all the time on my sink he checked other plumbing that I had questions about. Really nice guy, you can trust. And doesn’t quit til the job is done. I like that.

Were hired by my apartment building manager to change the valves in all the unit's bathrooms. Broke part of our faucet in the process. Took about 2 months of calling and leaving voicemails from 4 different peope (building manager, myself, and two of my roomates) until we they got back to us. After finally getting back to us to schedule a repair, showed up an hour late.

Plumbing work was alright, but you'll probably have a better experience with another plumbing company. Other units in the building also complained about damage to drywall and general disrespect to their homes.

Our condominium manager suggested Loch Monster to do some work updating plumbing for all of our sinks. What a great company. They worked directly with our maintenance man and manager to get the water turned off, which was very helpful. The appointment was scheduled conveniently and much faster than expected. Clint arrived exactly when the appointment was scheduled and worked very quickly to get all six “push/pulls” swapped out. Really a pleasant experience, a great guy and kept the job exactly where we needed it cost wise. Will definitely call them again when we do more updating. Highly suggest Loch Monster and Clint both!
