Chris and Angie are professional masters of their trade!. They cleared my drains, were happy to answer my questions and gave some preventative advice. Very prompt, cleaned up afterwards and reasonably priced. I would call Ken's Sewer Service again and recommend Ken's to anyone looking for help with clogged pipes or other plumbing problems.

Had a new dishwasher that wasn't draining properly and an old upstairs bathroom sink that was leaking down into the basement. Ken's Sewer showed up and made everything right and brought my old, leaky plumbing up to code and corrected all mistakes made by handymen in the past. They do things right the first time, and the price was very fair, considering all of the work that needed to be done. They also found a problem with the connection between the plumbing and my brand new dishwasher. I would not have noticed it if they hadn't been so thorough and attentive, and so I called the original installer to come back and make things right under my warranty. I can't say enough about the high quality of their work, their friendliness, cleanliness and professionalism.

I had dirty murky water coming up from me basement floor drain and called Kens late in the afternoon. The lady on the phone was kind and helpful and sent Chris and Angie out right away. And they are a fantastic team! They are super knowledgeable and talked me through what drains were connected to the issue and what was likely happening. They fixed they problem and I am completely confident in their work. Whenever the next plumbing issue arises I will call Chris and Angie. They are wonderful people and masters of their trade. As most everyone knows who have had a sewer back up in their basement, it is a significant emergency that you do not want to screw around with. Kens Sewer Service made themselves available when other services understandably could not. They arrived very quickly. I want to give special credit to the father/son team that came out. They were polite and very good humored. They were efficient and explained what they observed in clearing the problem. In my humble opinion, this was all done for a reasonable price, all things considered. I am genuinely grateful for an organization like Ken's that has employees who obviously take pride in providing great service. Well done!

I can't say enough good things about Ken's Sewer service- I'm still in awe of my good fortune to have discovered this company. When needing emergency help at my 88 year old mothers home in January for a clogged kitchen sink, I'd called a couple other places with no response, or they were unable to come out that day. Ken's answered the phone and was able to rearrange their schedule and get someone out immediately- Walt was thoughtful, friendly and efficient- he cleared the drain in less than a half hour at a very reasonable cost. However, the pipes in her basement had been deteriorating and this past week, developed a major leak. I remembered Ken's and again, someone got back to me immediately and came out the next day. Angie and Chris are 2 of the kindest, most compassionate and knowledgeable people in the service industry I've ever met. My mom's basement was a mess, water leaking everywhere. Chris quickly diagnosed the problem, and this week, he and Angie came out and spent 8 hours, working non stop, to replace all the broken and leaking pipes. As my mom has declining health and memory, I needed to sit with her all day to keep her occupied while the work was getting done. Angie took several breaks to come in and visit with my mom and talk to her, showing so much kindness and compassion and really helped put my mom at ease. It was a long day for everyone but everything went smoothly and Chris kept me apprised at all times of what they were doing. When the job was completed, her basement plumbing was in perfect, new condition and the final cost was very, very reasonable - from past experience, I know other places would have charged double for the amount of work that was done. You would never get service like this from a large chain outfit and for all my future plumbing needs, Ken's is saved and starred in my contacts list. Thank you Ken's, and Chris and Angie, for coming through for my mom and me! 100 stars, 10/10 recommend!!!

I called Ken’s Sewer Service at 7:30 pm on a Thursday night. They were able to come out that same night and address the situation promptly. Very professional communication and clearly know what they’re doing.

We had Diego out from Ken’s Sewer Service to free our basement floor drain. He had it clean in half an hour. Have had Ken’s out since we bought the house in 1991. Diego was on time. Very nice guy!

We had a clogged breakroom sink at work today. I called Ken's Sewer Service and they were "snaked in to save the day"! They called to make sure they understood the problem, to ensure they could take care of it with the equipment they were bringing out. Prompt, nice, quick!

Called on a weekend with the beginnings of a sewer backup. I got a prompt response and a service technician arrived in less than hour. The technician was efficient and diagnosed the issue (sewer blockage at 45 feet near the street) and cleared the issue quickly. Chris and Angie did a great job installing a new toilet after my old one started leaking. They were very responsive and efficient. They explained everything that needed to be done and answered all my questions. I would definitely call on them, again.
