Jaden was great. went above and beyond and attacked clog from all directions. pricing was fair once we got in deep (pardon the pun). Jaden and BRP got the job done!!

We signed up for the Plus membership and Robert came out for our annual inspection. He did a very thorough job and identified some things that should be done sooner than later and quoted those jobs. Had great conversation and learned a ton about the plumbing in my house! He gave me some great tips and game plan for the future.

Robert was kind and thorough. He inspected the entire house and provided a detailed report at the end. Instead of upselling their services, he offered helpful recommendations, such as checking the warranty on our water softener. This shows that the company truly prioritizes helping customers over just making a profit. I also love their customer service—they respond within minutes and make booking services quick and easy.

I called my gas company about a smell, and they confirmed a leak. I called Bedrock and they offered immediate repair service with an after-hours fee or first-available priority for the next morning. I took the next morning since my gas had already been turned off and I could last for a night without it. Corey showed up on time, was very proficient and familiar with what needed to be done, and resolved the leak within an hour. Price was very reasonable given the fairly urgent nature of the issue. This is my second time using Bedrock, previously they installed a water softener for me. I will continue using them for plumbing needs and I would recommend them to others!

Jaden and Jalen were super professional, respectful, and informative. Took time to answer all my questions. Got the job done quickly and thoroughly. Offered additional solutions for our 1966 rambler with outdated pipes, without a hard sales push, which I always appreciate. Highly recommend.

Bedrock plumbing was incredible. Corey and his team communicate promptly and clearly, pricing is more than fair, and their work was excellent. Even more than that, given it was my first time with such a large project (adding a new bathroom), I had lots of silly questions and needed clarification along the way and I was really impressed how understanding, patient and easy to talk to they were. No trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge, no upselling, nothing like that. Highly recommended!

Bedrock absolutely saved us last summer with a slow drain in our shower - for a fraction of the cost of one of the "big corporate" plumbing companies (seriously, we were initially quoted $2k and they were able to get things running again for $200). Robert just completed the complementary inspection that came with our membership and was thorough, thoughtful, and professional. He helped us prioritize what needed to be done and didn't try to pressure or up-sell. Appreciate finding a plumbing company that's honest and trustworthy!

We had a same day emergency with water gushing into the basement from overhead pipes and Bedrock was able to come out in a matter of hours. Robert was great, straight forward and let us know the whole picture. He got the problem resolved with a path going forward towards a better, long term solution. Reasonable pricing even in an emergency. Would recommend!

Robert did a great job replacing my spigot. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything. He replaced it, shared what the issue was, and how to prevent issues moving forward.

He also gave me solutions on how to fix
my other spigot without replacing it.

The only issue is the high hourly rate which I think is standard now across the industry. I didn’t shop around so it probably falls in the price range of other companies.

After reading a few reviews it’s clear Corey and his guys are great at service work, I just wanted to say that as a general contractor they have handled all things for me from new construction to large remodels to simply just re-setting a toilet on a quick flooring job. Always on time and on budget, great group to work with!

Had a problem with our water heater leaking gas. Jaden came by and was able to trouble shoot, identify, and fix the leak. He replaced the valve and we are back up and running!
