I've been going here since they were picking parts out of semi-trailers and the city desk was a wood shack. Pretty much always have what I need or can get it quick.

Quick and efficient, my order was correct and ready for me when I arrived. They even cut down my copper pipe to fit perfectly into my roof pipe box.

Been working with this company for years but today I feel compelled to complain. We always pay our bills right away and each invoice or statement we get will also list the "discount price" which we get if the account is paid by the 10th of the following month. We always pay before that date.

Today, we get a statement which I attached that has the last 2 order's discount amount as being owed still even though we paid well before the due date required to be eligible for the discount. I called to discuss this with SPS only to be told that "credit card payments do not qualify for additional discounts." I explained that it was not on the invoice or online anywhere letting me know that. I would've have simply paid using an ACH and all would be fine. I was told that I should have known that credit card payments would not get a discount (even though that is not written anywhere) because that has been in place for awhile. How am I supposed to know what OTHER COMPANY POLICIES ARE??? I have to go with what is WRITTEN ON THE INVOICES/STATEMENTS!!

I then asked her if I pay the current statement that I received just today that clearly lists there will be a discount of $107.32 if paid by June 10, 2019, is accurate. She said no.

So basically, NOTHING coming from them is accurate, the consumer is supposed to know all company procedures always, and they pretty much dont give a f*&k if you dont know. Again, I would've paid a different way. Simple as that. Update your invoices, statements and online payment portal.

I would go elsewhere. Every dollar counts in business and companies should stand behind the online payment information/statement info THEY CREATE AND SEND OUT.

I have been using SPS for over 20 years. This is where the plumbing and HVAC professionals shop for their project needs. They are foremost a wholesale supply house. They do have a showroom for the public and they do sell to the non-professional. If the item you need is not in stock, in most cases they can order it in or direct you to where you might find it. The city desk, where you can make walk in orders is the best bar none! Friendly and knowledgeable. Whether you are making a simple repair or building a skyscraper, SPS is there to help you with your project.

Even when they didn't have what I was looking for, they were very helpful. They took time to try to find the best pieces for my project. As what I was needing was sort of specific, they suggested me to go to other place, where I got what I needed. So they solved my problem, in some way. They have everything for the professional plumbing.

This is a plumbing and heating wholesale supply house. The guys at the city desk are top notch and great to work with. There is a showroom professionals can refer their customers to, but I believe they only sell to customers who have a wholesale account... which is great because you never get stuck behind some random person off the street with a pile of old parts and no idea what their doing taking up counter space at the city desk.

I bought all the plumbing fixtures from them for my bathrooms remodeling with the help of Shelly A. She was most helpful in helping me in selecting the right ones and in tracing the orders. She is a true professional. I am most happy with my experience.

I walked in, steeling myself that I was going to be talked to like a moron because I'm a woman. I *am* a moron when it comes to fixing leaky faucets because I've never done it before. But the only way to become good at something is to learn how to do it.

They had the part for a newer item as I knew the brand. A part for another item without the faucet brand/model they did not have, but they tried!

Thanks so much to John for his respectful time & effort. And to the gentleman from another department who tried outside of his expertise to help me while people within the department were busy.

I will come here when it's time to replace my fixtures

Had an issue with a bathroom remodel where the toilet flange location was not normal and I didn't think a 14" "rough-in" toilet would fit. I spoke on the phone with Jessica who spent time looking into the specs and assured me it would. Was treated nicely by city desk and warehouse; and I'm just a homeowner. Good job by all!

We need materials and they helped us with getting and kept us updated the whole time till delivery. Thank you Jerad and Justin for your assistance

Not the best place to delivery, came at 11:30 and the person in receiving refused to unload me, very rude, he wasn’t busy at all, he just don’t want to do the job
