After the 5/19/2022 stormBayport Roofing took care of my insurance claim. They handled everything from start to finish. They were professional, on time and very responsive. The repairs look great and I am very satisfied and would definitely hire them again.

I have used this business a few times for damages to my house. I also have friends that have used this business as well. I have never had a negative issue with any of the workers. These guys are wonderful and their work is amazing. Very professional, great attitudes, their timing impeccable and their work efficiency is impressive! 5 stars, hands down!

Bay port roofing and siding did a wonderful job on my boyfriends home after a storm came through. They handled the insurance company with ease. The scheduling and install was very thorough. Overall the company did a good job to win us back over. After posting about our experience with Bayport, we received a call from the office manager. For us, it means a lot when the owner and office managers reads the reviews and want to do right by their customers. When we were contacted they asked to share our story. Lesson learned here everyone, if you aren't getting good or clear communication from one person, call the office and give that a shot. Tina showed genuine concern about our experience and asked what she and Bayport could do to correct the issues. After some discussions, my husband and I felt like we all came to a fair and reasonable compromise.

My original review was this: "The entire process this company over promised and under delivered. Our contact person disappeared on us for months at a time. No clear communication on what work was being done and when. All work was completed when we were at work, our choice to not be present, but again when we weren't told what work was being done, with some wrap arounds, we didn't get a chance to look at them. It was almost 2 months after work was done our contact came out to do an inspection with us, we noticed damage, but he blamed us for doing it. Again the damage was an area we didn't know was done and then was covered up by their left over materials. Also issues with the repair work done on our roof, and instead of pulling off the old brackets that held the gutters, they roofed over them. Then when we questioned it, we got the response that it is frustrating that it was done that way before so why would be we upset with it being done that way now. I would never work with this company again."

Tina got her team to come out and fix the damage we noticed. They also came back and fixed the rest of the siding that Kiyle over promised and under delivered on. We felt heard and that Bayport genuinely wanted to deliver us a good experience. Being in the service industry we know things don't always go perfect or as good as they could have the first time around. What mattered the most to us was that Bayport wanted to make it right. We won't ever work with Kiyle from Bayport again, but because of how Bayport responded, they have our recommendation and we would use them again if and when the need arises in the future.

Bayport was great to work with. They worked with handling the insurance companies inspectors and made sure the storm damage was repaired. The crews worked fast and efficiently to replace the roof and gutters. Totally available for follow up questions. Over all a satisfying experience.

Guys were great. Straight forward, honest, and decent priced. And did fantastic job! Would definitely recommend!!!

Excellent customer service! I worked with Charles Juring and he handled everything for me I only had to talk with my insurance company a handful of times by myself. He explained every step in great detail, there were no surprises! In the end I got a new roof and siding and my house looks better than it did before the storm. If they come to your house close the door and walk away. The positive reviews are either employees, friends or payed the review. No communication, bad craftmanship, unprofessional, inconsiderate and incompetent. They left a mess broke things and no I find out when they did the siding they didn't hook my dryer vent back up. Stop doing business with these people so they can go out of business. They will obviously risk your life to make money. Their only goal is to bleed as much money out of your insurance company as possible. Don't make the life threating decision I did. Turn them away. These people couldn't repair a doghouse.

Bayport is an excellent general contractor.

In the height of the pandemic, when supplies were scarce, they worked with me to make sure I got the exact siding and roof that I wanted.

They worked with my insurance to make sure I got every cent of value I was due.

Every problem I had with the contractors actually doing the work was mediated and ameliorated by them in whole. One crew did my roof; I had no issues with them. Another did my siding. I had a few issues with them, all resolved and after the job was complete I was told mine was the last job that crew worked for Bayport.

This is exactly what you want in a general contractor.
