Fast and easy to work with. High quality materials as well as experienced workers who put a perfectionist touch on the work the door. The salesman I worked with, William Jones Jr, was a pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough how polite and transparent he was while working up my quote, as well as easy to talk to and thorough as humanly possible when he performed the inspection. I highly recommend you give them a call and ask for William Jones Jr.

We never hire people who just knock on our door but we are very glad we made an exception this time. We hired Bayport Roofing and Siding to tear off our old roof and install a new one because Carmello Gomez made sure we were fully informed, because he was absolutely professional and because everyone from the insurance agent to his former clients assured us he was great. Carmello bent over backwards to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the work. The work was done in a timely and professional manner and when they were finished the only way you could tell they had been here was to look at our new roof. Not a scrap was left behind. Bayport worked with our insurance company to determine the price. We recommend the company wholeheartedly and would hire them again.

I just worked with Bayport Roofing to get a new roof installed on my house. Professional, responsive, and honest. I could not have been happier with them from start to finish. Paul answered all my questions prior to the work and made the insurance process as easy as could be. Before I knew it, his crew was on site performing the work. Any questions or concerns I had during the process were immediately answered to my satisfaction. The installation is beautiful and I couldn't be more satisfied with how my new roof looks and it only took them a few days. Long hours and hard work. That's what you can expect. They also had new downspouts and window wraps installed as further repair of my hail damage and it all just looks so great. Recommend using them to anyone reading this!

PRO: At first when Tadd approached us about approaching our insurance company to file a claim it seemed like his claims were too good to be true and I was skeptical. He told us to trust the process and I’m very glad that we did! Tadd helped us get our entire roof and entire siding replaced. It added tons of value to our home and made it look brand new! Tadd was always very kind and professional, and I’ve recommended him to a few friends already.

CONS: The crew who did our siding left behind a HUGE mess and I spent hours of my own time meticulously picking up nails, tape, wood, and siding pieces. It was also difficult scheduling the contractors to come and a few times they did not arrive when they said they would.

I highly recommend Bayport. I had a small but very important problem - a different company had installed turbine vents on our roof 5 years ago, and one came loose and fell off the roof. I contacted Bayport and they came out and took care of it immediately. Every interaction I had with them was positive, they were extremely responsive and helpful, and the price was totally reasonable I could not be happier.

Save yourself from incompetence and stay far, far away from Bayport. Company did a tear off and replacement of my roof, measured incorrectly and installed two different lots of shingles on roof resulting in roof looking patched. Crew did not cover roof overnight resulting in leaks that damaged the ceiling. Crew's also damaged siding and gutters during the tear off and company claims it was prior damage, which I have proof that it wasn't with photos. Terrible follow-up and an owner and office staff that does not respond to emails or phone calls.

As of 11/8 - Still no resolution from Bayport, added photos. Jayme the owner and his entire office staff refuse to provide lien waivers per our multiple requests (and state law). Two weeks ago came outside at 7am to an entire crew of Spanish speaking only workers ready to tear off my roof with no dumpster, no material on-site and snow predicted. Had to talk to one of the workers wives on a cell phone to translate to the crew that they could not start on the project. Contacted Scott again and he didn't know what was going on nor why the crew showed up.

Update as of 11/28 - Bayport finally came out and replaced our roof for the 2nd time. Of course they took short cuts and didn’t replace the flashing as they should have and in removing the prior roof damaged facia and cedar shake areas of my siding. Flashing was also done incorrectly around chimney. Complete radio silence from them. Talked to some of their subs and they said “Bayport is extremely disorganized and in some cases slow to pay”. This to me is a major red flag. Still no resolution to damaged ceiling due to water leaks and other damage that occurred during this install. Added updated photos of the most recent roof replacement.

Update as of 12/1 - zero response from the company about fixing any of the damage done. Permit not closed out, insurance company now refusing to pay due to poor quality work. Good times.

As of 2/15- contractor still has not responded or provided remedies for the damages caused during install. They have admitted to the damages, but won’t resolve them.

As of 7/15 - work is basically completed and giving up. Contractor fighting my request to provide proper lien releases per MN codes.

Highly recommending Bayport Roofing And Siding . I had such a positive experience. The employees were very professional and helpful and the workmanship amazing, a big thank you to Dan Radecki, who went the extra mile to get my insurance claim accepted, and guiding me through the process. he made himself available for all questions, concerns and worries. Dan Redecki made sure I had superior service and workmanship from beginning to end, and I couldn’t be happier with the results, loving the new roof and siding, I highly recommend Bayport and a big thank you to Dan as well as all at Bayport Roofing And Siding.

My story:
I was initially declined for a new roof from my insurance company, while working with a popular local roofing company.
After being rejected, I decided to try a different roofing company and Dan Radecki was recommended by a friend.
Dan and his coworker, Scott, were able to get me full replacement cost within 20 minutes of meeting the insurance adjuster. This is when I realized I made a great decision selecting Bayport Roofing. I can’t stress enough on how important it is to have the right team persuading and working with the insurance company. I think this might be one of Bayport’s best strengths.

The best part of this process was the excellent results I had with the roof. Dan Radecki’s installation crew was outstanding and above my expectations. (Side note: I was horrified to read some of the comments and frustrations some have had with Bayport. I think the key is to make sure you are working with Dan Radecki. He has been in the business for years and he has done several roofs for a friend with next to no complaints). I’ll repeat it again, his roofing team was excellent. The attached pictures cannot capture all the attention to detail from his team.
The house roofs in my neighborhood are quite beautiful, so my roof will blend right in.
