Quality work, efficient and a great value. I highly recommend Technical Difficulties. They repaired my microwave in just a few days and the part was covered by the warranty.

The sensor board in my Samsung washer went bad. Marty was the technician who was sent. He was prompt, explained things well, and very efficient. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

The ice maker on my Samsung refrigerator went out after 1 year, so I contacted Samsung who assigned them to replace it under the 2 year manufacturer warranty in 2021. The tech that replaced it from Technical Difficulties told me it now had a lifetime warranty due to the lawsuits Samsung has faced about their ice makers. It worked fine for a little more than another 2 years until it started having problems again. I contacted Technical Difficulties, and they refused to replace it since it was now out of warranty, even though their employee had told me differently when they first replaced it. I’ve now had to replace it on my own and will never do business with Technical Difficulties again since they don’t keep their word.

Marty made a service stop to check out my Samsung stove. He was quite professional, on time, efficient, and carefully explained what he discovered. I'm glad I contacted Technical Difficulties for this work and heartily recommend them to others.

Had my first repair experience with TD recently. I found them very easy to work with and communicative. I had a challenge with another company and made a switch and am very glad I did. My repair guy, Marty, was fantastic. He was very courteous, prompt and quick to get the job done. Next time, they will be my first call.

I would highly recommend this company. Their communication concerning our appointment arrangements was clear and concise. Marty, the technician (I will give him the title as a Master Technician), was professional, knowledgeable, informative, personable, tidy, … oh my gosh, just overall exceptional. I was very disappointed in the scheduling. I selected a date and time and it was confirmed only to have them call me and tell me they need to reschedule after I had already taken the time off to be at home. If they were not available they should ensure they keep their calendars up to date!

Charges $95 diagnostic fee. Was here for 5 minutes and the cost of the repair exceeded the value of the washer…It would have been nice to know that there was such a high diagnostic charge beforehand!!! I have NEVER paid for a diagnostic on an appliance in my life. If I would have known that I would not have had him come out here.

We reached out to have our washer checked out. The drum was slamming around when going into its spin cycles. Yuri was able to get to us quickly and get the parts needed faster than expected. Now the washer works like a dream. We can barely hear it running. Definitely would recommend!

My control panel stopped working on my refrigerator and needed repair that same day. YB came with in the hour, had the parts with him and fixed my control panel, very efficient and reasonable. So relieved. I also told him how my bottom freezer would ice up. He took off the back panel, cleaned it as a courtesy and showed me why it was happening. Great job YB!

I couldn’t say enough good things about my experience with Yury. When I called him with a broken washing machine (during the holidays, no less) he was able to get to my house in 15 min! He was able to quickly figure out the issue and had the necessary part installed later that day. His pricing is great and you can tell he takes great pride in his work. We're so happy we went with Yb Appliance to install our dishwasher vs the chain appliance store. Yury worked with our schedule. He was very professional and efficient. He knew exactly what he was doing and even gave us a small discount because the removal of the old and install of the new went smoother than he anticipated. We wouldn't have gotten that with the chain store. He had hoped to repair our old dishwasher, but after 23 yrs of use, the parts were nearly as much as a new one.

Ury did a fantastic repair of my refridgerator. He was quick to determine the issue..on a Saturday no less, and was back on Monday, with the parts, to do the installation. His installation was fast and smooth so I lost no food and his prices were more than reasonable. I'd highly recommend him for your appliance repair issues!
