My Samsung laundry dryer was not getting any heat. When I explained the issue on the phone, Yuri knew exactly what was broken, and was straightforward about the price. He has flexible hours and worked with my work schedule to come to my house and fix it the next day! He showed me the broken parts, replaced the electric coil, also replaced a pully that was damaged from normal use, did maintenance like lubricant where it was needed, replaced the big belt with no extra charge, and even swept/vacuumed the dust from inside while it was all taken apart.

He had it fixed in an hour. I watched and it did not look easy taking apart the whole dryer. I can tell he is an expert level professional.

I didn’t even notice how loud my dryer was, but now it’s so quiet, and the heat works too!

My fridge stopped cooling, the first time was the compressor- Yury fixed that, our home warranty person refused to. So it was a no brainer to call Yury again for the next issue on my fridge. He said it could be a simple fix or a much more complicated one. Did not try and make us pay for a much more expensive repair and luckily the simple fix is all it took. We really appreciate his responsiveness and his price. His work has also been excellent- no problems with the fridge!

Yuri answered my need for washer repair within 3 hours. He came out and took time to analyze the flashing lights, the spin cycle not working, etc. He knew everything about the machine and after spending time, he determined that it was the control board. Yuri said that he could order the board and make the repair but it would cost nearly as much as a new machine. Yuri was honest, knowledgeable and fair. Yuri came out to repair my washing machine. He was able to fit me into his schedule on the same day after a cancellation he had and quickly figured out the issue. Yuri did a great job diagnosing our refrigerator. He determined that the refrigerator was actually fine, but that the power to it was intermittent. He did some tests to show me how he verified the true root cause. We’ve corrected the power since, and all is well. He was very transparent and personable. Highly recommended!

He was at my door within 2 hours, identified the problem which was a burning out pump motor, obtained a new motor and replaced it right away.

Yury’s your guy! Washer and dishwasher with hot water issues/clogged intake lines, he addressed the issue, walked me through what was wrong, how he was going to fix it, and what to look out for in the future. Plus he was able to look at a range hood where the capacitor was failing. He was punctual, professional, and clear communicator. Super happy with the repairs!! He’ll be our go-to.

Whirlpool Dishwasher

Yuri arrived when he said he would and diagnosed the problem quickly. While searching for the part to order he offered the option to me to install it myself to save some money. I preferred to use his expertise over my handiwork. But, I really did appreciate the offer. He went to get the part, was back in a flash and had our dishwasher up and running quickly. He was professional, polite and did excellent work.

I requested service on my old Kenmore washer because it was leaking sometimes. Two days later the company owner came. He said overloading or bulky items sometimes cause overflow but there was nothing mechanically wrong. I appreciated the prompt, professional service by an honest person not trying to invent problems to fix. I will use this company again in the future.
